Unfortunately, ordering from this Subway location is a crapshoot. Ordering online or through the app should make the process foolproof, but about one-half of the time, your mobile order will not be ready because they do not have the bread you ordered or something else along these lines. Too frequently, I pick up my order, and my sandwich is missing an ingredient or has an undesirable ingredient added. Subway is a beige apology masquerading as a restaurant. The bread smells aggressively "fresh" in the way chemicals try to convince you they're food, and the vegetables look like they've been waiting all day to be put out of their misery. No matter what you order, it tastes like the same sad sandwich in a different outfit. The fluorescent lights hum louder than the flavor, and by the time you leave, you're not angry--you're just disappointed, which somehow feels worse. I haven't had great customer service from a fast food restaurant in so long. The employees here including Johnny, have been so nice, respectful and helpful. Making sure my sandwich was up to my standards. I spilled the drink on their counter after paying and they were so nice about it. Johnny didn't get mad or upset but had a smile on his face saying it was alright. He said do not clean after I tried to clean up after my mess. He was very sweet and ended with visit us soon. I live many hours away but this is the least I can do for their incredible customer service. Placed an order online, paid, never received an email or confirmation number. Waited an hour, called them, they claim they never received my order. My card was charged the full amount. They claim there is a number "somewhere" I can call to dispute this, but there isn't any such thing. Never doing business with these people again. A bad joke. read more

Did the order via the app. Arrived at the location to pick up the order at the prompted time. Order did not appear to be ready and there was a line with limited staff. Kinda annoying, but ok. They are short staffed, nothing you can do about that. Wait in line. When I get to the front of the line to order, I tell the young lady that I did an in app order. She responded that she had not started it yet. That "it was just a DoorDash order" and proceeded to ask the next person in line what that wanted, skipping me! I spoke up, it was an in app order not a DoorDash order (how that is reverent as the order was already late at the point and I waited in line like every other customer at that point and **she want to skip me**). She then provided to incorrectly make all 3 items!! On the salad not including bacon, cheese and 1/3 of the chicken that was already paid for! When the older gentlemen took the order to complete it, I was **again almost skipped** due to it being a "DoorDash" order... when I said I was an app order not DoorDash, again, and that "I didn't not appreciate the attitude I received", the young lady blew up! The older gentlemen asked her to go in the back, saying "I can control you, but I can't control him". So, I'm not susposte to say anything negative about the experience?? I chose not to say anything about the order being made incorrectly at that point due to how the "older" employee was handling the situation. MASSIVELY DISRESPECTFUL by ALL employees on shift! It's Subway so I knew my meal would be the same no matter the place so my 5 stars is for service. The ladies working tonight hustled hard when a rush came through the door. When questioning the employee on not toasting my flatbread, as I have had to do millions of times because "it breaks if cold" as I am always told, I was told that it cannot be cold because of the yeast in it. While this may be true to some odd legal degree the reason for the poor review is the response I quoted at the beginning. I live out of hotels and give Subway a lot of business and it had never been explained to me that way. Had the gentleman simply insisted based on those rules then sure, whatever, I will not argue. First what is great is that they have a drive thru. Its a great lunch option with many choices. The restaurant could use general cleaning such as wiping tables after customers leave. The store is usually well staffed. They get busy at lunch time but they are timely. read more

I haven't been here in over a year, as I write this review (since I've moved). But I would come here a lot during lunch breaks from work, while in Big Spring. I think the parking lot was a bit cramped, or at least I had some trouble getting into the parking lot without blocking or going against the flow of the drive-thru window traffic. But I enjoyed the food, it was as wonderful as any Subway. They also had plenty of space & tables for eating inside. Occasionally I would enjoy one of the bottled drinks from the fridge, since they had a nice selection of those. read more

I have went to aubway several time around 9:15pm to get my dinner for work...i work nights. Anyways most of the time it is great. But there has been several times thay i have went at the same time and they have told me they are closed. When it clearly states 10:30...manager says 10. Anyways last night i was informes they were closed and the houra are posted wrong..which i know is BS cause i get my sandwitch all the time. Just pisses me off. While the other review is for the OTHER LOCATION in Big Spring, inside the TA; this location is defiantly not in a truck stop. It is in a rather large building (for a subway) on the South West corner of MLK and Gregg/US87 (probably the 2nd busiest intersection in Big Spring). This location is open late and is usually staffed with friendly people. They can be a little slow at times (long line w/ drive thru and phone in orders). I try to avoid this place during lunch rush and when hot (they seem to never have a working AC). Otherwise, it is a decent as any other place to eat in Big Spring. read more

The wait time is 2x as long as any other Subway I've been to while using the drive thru. I always order the same exact thing wherever I go. I even have my chicken toasted. Somehow my chicken is always cold (even on the sides, not to mention the nearly frozen center). I have to repeat my order at the window even though I just used the box to place my order. My sister's order is always messed up, even when I repeat it! I'm not going to this Subway in the near future unless I have no other choice. I'm disappointed, and I hope it gets better. read more
