It has counter service and inside seating if you're eating there. The staff were very friendly. I got a 3 piece combo, white meat with coleslaw. My order included 2 large chicken breasts and 1 wing. I was glad I was hungry or I couldn't have eaten it all. We also had a chicken tenders salad that was delicious and an ample serving. Our total tab was about $25 and well worth it. I'm making myself hungry again just writing about our meal. Go to Gills if you're near Big Spring and want good fried chicken.

Ordered an all dark meat 16 piece bucket, waited 15 mins and by the time we got home we realized…read morethere was only 8 pieces. Went back and one of the workers said he thought we ended up ordering the 8 piece... uhm no, we did not pay almost $30 for an 8 piece meal. Have been here multiple times, something usually goes wrong. Had a few undercooked bloody pieces (not quite sure how they managed that?), or they give the wrong parts of chicken (we always order dark meat), or they always give the change back way less than what we should've gotten (they always apologize but its been multiple times now). Management is to blame, I believe. They need to train their workers better. It is not the service people expect when they want fast food. While I don't expect it to be perfect, the lack of workability is unreasonable. The poor workers looked like they deal with too many angry people already, management NEEDS to fix this and train better. There's no excuse for it.

My chief complaint is the SERVICE! you are lucky to get a please a thankyou sometimes you get zero response its always missing basic human curtesy's. The other issue is when I pull up to the window, they seem to always try to hand me the wrong order and like today I got ZERO response from the lady working the window just got kind of a grunt from her, then I get home and my #6 is missing the hashbrown UGHHHH! The FEW times they seem to have a group of employees that work well together and treat the customer properly, I'm guessing you just run them off or something or they get tired of working with anti-social employees and or management also.
