I know this review will fall on deaf ears! But here we go again, we get McDonalds food several times a week and I am not complaining about the food per say normally it's pretty consistent. My chief complaint is the SERVICE! you are lucky to get a please a thankyou sometimes you get zero response its always missing basic human curtesy's. I say the phase Thank You more times than they do, when they should be saying those words to me the customer. Just simple COMMUNICATION is all I'm asking for. The other issue is when I pull up to the window, they seem to always try to hand me the wrong order and like today I got ZERO response from the lady working the window just got kind of a grunt from her, then I get home and my #6 is missing the hashbrown UGHHHH! The FEW times they seem to have a group of employees that work well together and treat the customer properly, I'm guessing you just run them off or something or they get tired of working with anti-social employees and or management also. read more

The service here is extremely slow in the dine in part almost waited 15min to be attended at the register due to only having cash then I waited another 15min for my food it was over staffed so their is no excuse for this horrible customer service management is definitely the problem here!! read more

The place was a filthy mess! We walked up to the counter to order, and a young guy walked up to a register and ignored us while he started punching buttons on the register. He didn't greet us at all, didn't look at us, and didn't say someone would be right with us. He just totally ignored us. Finally, a young girl walked up to the other register and took our order. Before she walked up to take our order, I checked out the kiosks to place our order ourselves, but the only kiosk there was out of order. The food was not hot and fresh. I ordered a spicy McChicken, and when I took the first bite, all I got was bread and mayonnaise. The chicken patty was half the size of the bun!! Worst service ever!! Tried to ask for ketchup and the lady shut the window on me!! Everyone working acted like they hated their job

I ordered through the mobile app $25 worth of food. Biscuits and gravy were available on the app to order and I chose 2 of those. I arrive to pick up my order and was told they don't have gravy and biscuits and haven't since Covid hit. Then I asked for one of those gravy and biscuits to be refunded to me and am told they can't refund it because it was a mobile order. I was forced to substitute both gravy and biscuits for two other items I didn't really want, as it was 5 am and the GM wouldn't be in until 8 am. Absolutely ridiculous! They should be able to refund my money whether it was a mobile purchase or not. Placing my order ahead was supposed to make my early morning easier, not give me a headache. I waited 30 min at 7am yesterday with two cars infront if me... and they both left without their food! Lol when we finally got the food my friends was all burnt... 4 biscuits was the order. Wish I could leave no stars. How the store not busy and y'all can't get orders right ? Or even correctly make the food. Who puts a quarter pounder on a kids hamburger bun ‍. Forgets the sauce for the nuggets and gives the wrong dressing for the side salad. Forgot the apple juice to the kids meal and doesn't even know what drinks are being handed out the window, and we even got pulled up to wait for the order. Cmon guys reading is fundamental, look at the receipt as you are filling the order for correctness, it's that simple. It is a McDonald's. The same food as every other McDonalds. The service is sub par at best and they do not usually get my order right. I generally only eat breakfast. The meals have become ridiculously expensive and it's not worth the hassle to bother eating here. read more

Listen I'm from out of town and I live a small and little ghetto town so i usually don't expect much from a McDonald's but Jesus Christ how can you mess up a double cheeseburger. These "employees" managed to bend a patty in half and put a block of cheese hanging out on the side. My father even manage to watch a cook pick up trash with his food preparation gloves and then continue to make food. Not only that we waited 17 MINUTES this is supposed to be fast food people how long does it take to make food at a McDonalds. Maybe cause it's McDonalds and we're supposed to get a common, inexpensive menu and to be able to count on one standard across all franchises. Well now there are cracks in these expectations. Tonight, I decided to order McDonalds. I usually go through drive through because, I'm not going to step out the car to order. Lol. I also wouldn't be surprised if I did go inside, I think they'd still have a wait time. But we had been in the line for about fifty minutes and the people in front of us, we had honked at them. I got so pissed. And to whoever I did honk at sorry. It wasn't their fault, in fact, it was the employee's fault. I don't know what thing they had going on, but this employee dead told me to wait a couple minutes after we had already prepared to order. Now after they'd said that I started questioning at how long this would take, and I did sort've rudely say it. But y'know, I think they'd understand why, because I had to be somewhere and I think the people in this line had to too. Honestly didn't know what they were, but if I could explain them, they sounded like a redneck who wore a cap and had a mullet, who also drank booze. So after asking why the wait was so long they I vividly remember them saying "with that attitude I won't be serving you m*****f******". And you'd expect them to explain why, but this person didn't even bother to. Will never be eating here. I can't stand people with low income having an attitude. Honestly, they should know why I was angered. Because all these people probably were too. This location needs to step their game up.
