Have staff run out food to cars behind them if you need to keep things moving - but if you move cars out of sight - you lose track of unfulfilled orders. Encourage your team members to problem solve and work the problem/order until it's done. Teach your team to follow thru. People stop being willing to pull up when you forget their order. NO NO NO…read more This place is terrible. I do not write one-star reviews lightly. I even gave this place two tries before I wrote this. My first visit was marred by the lack of ice--AND CUPS--for my drink. My second visit was marred by the lack of a FORK to eat my food with. "Go next door to Taco Bell to get one." How about you go across the street to the Walmart like a real manager and purchase a box for a couple of bucks. On top of this, the fish was old and the fries were cold. Heck no.
