I rarely leave negative reviews but I am so frustrated with this Whataburger location. The line is always impossibly long. They are unorganized and don't do two pick up lines like other locations and they always get the order wrong. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. We didn't receive one of our meals after waiting in line for 30 minutes. I called to complain and they told me I'd have to bring in my order that my kids were already eating to get a refund. I'm so sure. Ridiculous. I love whataburger but I will not be back to this location. read more

Staff was courteous, food was fast enough, and the grilled chicken Cobb salads were well made, FRESH, DELICIOUS, and good sized! This was my first time to at this particular location but that doesn't negate my previous statement. I went to this Whataburger today. Every food preparer and every food server was wearing a mask that was pulled down under the chin. Whataburger is a fast-food hamburger place. I could sum up this whole review by saying it's the best hamburger in the entire State of Texas. I don't know how they make such distinct, wonderful food but I've been a fan for 50-plus years and they have never let me down. Whataburger is good but this Whataburger is great! The manager and her crew are by far the most down to earth group of people I have ever met. They will harass you (in a friendly way) and always have the best customer service. All employees are always smiling even when very busy and make a point of making sure the customer is satisfied. This Whataburger has been serving great food for many years. I have been many times and they do a wonderful job. The food is not prepared ahead of time, so it is always hot when served. I went there at lunchtime 1210 and paid eight dollars for a hamburger fries and a drink. I sat down to eat it inside. I had asked them for a burger with no cheese and no onions. When I opened the burger up it was stone cold and had cheese on it. It was melted into the meat so I couldn't even scrape it off. I got the feeling it had been opened before and someone brought it back, and that it had just been thrown into my bag to get rid of it. I folded the burger up and took it back to work with me so that I could heated in the microwave. Everything about this burger looked old. So when I drove back by I stopped and spoke with the manager and explained to her what I had paid eight dollars for. I was very nice and very polite about it. I just expressed that I was unhappy about paying eight dollars for a Cold burger with cheese on it The Manager said that it may have been sitting there a while but that most of the time they make them fresh on the spot. I told her that I usually love Whataburgers, but this one was truly unedible. I had decided before I went back in that I would never go to that Whataburger again, but after she said that was very unusual I told her that I would give it another try. However after thinking about it I wouldn't recommend you going there and I will never go there again. I was appalled that she offered no Compensation or apology to try and keep a customer. I had a lukewarm experience just like the food. I ordered the whataburger with cheese and the limited edition Dr. Pepper Shake. I was in the drive thru and it took a long time to even get to order my food. There was only one person ahead of me. I was blocked in so I couldn't leave. When I got to the window to pay I was meet with no apology. I had been waiting for about 25ish minutes at this time. They place was busy, but it always is around this time. I was handed a Dr. Pepper soda and was informed there were no shakes. If I would have known that I would have gone elsewhere. It was not mentioned when I was ordering at all. I waited another 15 minutes before my food came out and was talked to rudely when I asked for extra sauce. I spent a total of 40 minutes in the drive thru.
