This is the first time we've been, since previous times we thought they were closed when they were actually open because they never took the chairs off the tables. So there really isn't much that is inviting about the place. Here's my suggestion... Invest in a little training for the staff. Pick more family friendly entertainment if you're going to have the TV on. Have someone clean up the dining area on a regular basis. And for goodness sake, smile a little.
