Portions were generous and packaged in a to go box for easily taking on-the-go. However if you want to eat it right away, there is a large indoor eating area with several tables. Neat concept! The gyro was delicious and tasted like the ones I've had in Houston. That alone with the side of fries was enough to fill me up. The boudin balls and fried green beans were both amazing and I ended up saving some for the air fryer the next day. There aren't many places that serve fried green beans, so I love the creativity here! They have a very expansive menu with lots of options for appetizers. I wish I had enough room in my tummy to try everything at once because all the fried appetizers especially sounded so good! Next time I definitely want to try the buffalo fried cauliflower, fried green tomatoes, and mac and cheese bites. The owner working inside the truck was super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him for a bit. He told me he's been open for about 6 months but just recently got the business onto Yelp.
