Extremely helpful staff, quick turnaround on prescriptions and free delivery! Much better service than the larger chain pharmacies.

What a fun store!…read more We were in need of a few Christmas cards and saw the Hallmark sign. But holy moly, they offer so much more than cards, stationery, and paper products: clothing, accessories (for winter: hats, scarves...), jewelry, water bottles, Goodr sunglasses, home decor items (candles, blankets...), chocolates, kids' toys, and a variety of gift items. What a fun and neatly organized store to explore. We found the cards we needed in the back of the store, and then stumbled upon the perfect gift for our bird-loving Aunt: bird seed ornaments in the shape of birds (so random but so spot on - she loved them!). We bought some chocolates too. I resisted the urge to buy the "It's a beaut, Clark" sweatshirt...but wish I bought it! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again next Christmas! Cheers!

The manager, Amy, should be fired. She was more focused on her phone than on customers or her…read morestaff. She came across as passive-aggressive toward employees who were clearly working hard while she stood around doing nothing. On top of that, her behavior was blatantly racist. I am not a person of color, but the difference in how she treated customers was obvious. She repeatedly ignored non-white customers and followed them around the store as if she were waiting to accuse them of stealing. This is not the first time concerns like this have been raised about her, which begs the question: why is she still employed? Many people that I've talked to said they will not step foot in this store again as long as she remains the manager, and I am one of them. Her behavior made ME deeply uncomfortable and I wasn't even a 'target' for her. It's especially disappointing because the rest of the employees are wonderful, and I would much rather continue shopping there and supporting them than having to drive to another location. Fire. I'll first start by saying it's very rare that I need a prescription, however this year has been…read morethe exception. I've needed 3 over the course of the last 4 weeks. After today, I'll be switching to a more reliable pharmacy as I've spent an absurd amount of wasted time with this one. 1. I needed a fairly common rx. My doctor called it in and I continued to check the status online over the course of a week which showed "on hold" with no real reason given. My doctor did warn me there could be a delay getting it filled because of insurance authorization. Totally fine. What isn't fine is what I found out actually happened. Fast forward another week, I was away at a conference for work, got home and immediately checked the status, which was still on hold but the pharmacy was closed. Called the next day because I needed it asap (prep for a scheduled procedure). The pharmacist, while helpful, gave subpar answers as to why it stayed on hold without anyone having the courtesy to contact me. Apparently my doctor provided a discount coupon that was expired and insurance wasn't going to cover it so "they couldn't process it." NO ONE from CVS called to tell me this. I said that's fine, I need it processed and I'll pay the full cost, I can't afford more of a delay. Then the story was, well it's not a prescription they keep on hand so they have to order it and it will be a few days before it's ready. Fine. I get there to pick it up and they are haggling with me because "it's expensive and insurance won't cover it, but there are alternatives" my insurance will cover in full that they waited until the final hour to do anything about. They also couldn't tell me how long an extra delay would be and if one of the alternatives would even be available in time for my procedure so it seemed like it was already a moot point. I was already told it would be expensive when I called to check the status and find out why it was on hold in the first place and I told the woman I spoke with to go ahead and process it, I would pay for it. That seemed to be completely ignored at pickup. Needless to say, I picked it up and was pretty annoyed. 2. Today, I arrived to pick up a simple antibiotic prescription just to be informed by the pharmacist that the call I got about my prescription must have been to inform me that they will be filling it, not that it's ready and I would have to come back again once I get a different call or text that it's actually ready because they didn't have this prescription in stock. This is the most useless pharmacy I've ever been to. So I waste another trip for nothing. I'll be changing pharmacies the next time I need a prescription and highly recommend looking elsewhere for prescriptions. The costs of everything I've picked up in the last month have been outrageous. The woman pharmacist at this location loves to argue with customers as well instead of actually listening to what customers are trying to tell her. Not worth your time.
