I even talked about buying a bike off CL with them and Ralph, my salesman, simply said that private sales is an option and if if you need to finance a private sale that they would be happy to help. Since I bought my 2017 FLHXS I have add Rinehart pipes, mini apes, a black engine guard, and a detachable tour pack. Everything I had something done they always looked to try and save me money. With out even asking they looked into having the stock guard powder coated so I wouldn't have to but one. And recently when I had the tour pack wired. They called me and asked if I wanted to drill in the tour pack for the antenna relocation since I had a nubby. They called me to offer to return the parts I already purchased because they noticed I really didn't need them. I can go on and on about all the things they do right. I would only have one complaint. It's hard to get your bike in there during riding season because they are so busy, but that's a good thing for them. Sucks for the customer sometimes, but just shows how good they are and why everyone keeps going there.

    What a fun store!…read more We were in need of a few Christmas cards and saw the Hallmark sign. But holy moly, they offer so much more than cards, stationery, and paper products: clothing, accessories (for winter: hats, scarves...), jewelry, water bottles, Goodr sunglasses, home decor items (candles, blankets...), chocolates, kids' toys, and a variety of gift items. What a fun and neatly organized store to explore. We found the cards we needed in the back of the store, and then stumbled upon the perfect gift for our bird-loving Aunt: bird seed ornaments in the shape of birds (so random but so spot on - she loved them!). We bought some chocolates too. I resisted the urge to buy the "It's a beaut, Clark" sweatshirt...but wish I bought it! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again next Christmas! Cheers!

I am not a person of color, but the difference in how she treated customers was obvious. She repeatedly ignored non-white customers and followed them around the store as if she were waiting to accuse them of stealing. This is not the first time concerns like this have been raised about her, which begs the question: why is she still employed? Many people that I've talked to said they will not step foot in this store again as long as she remains the manager, and I am one of them. Her behavior made ME deeply uncomfortable and I wasn't even a 'target' for her. It's especially disappointing because the rest of the employees are wonderful, and I would much rather continue shopping there and supporting them than having to drive to another location. Fire. This. Woman.

    Wildly huge showroom. Probably one of, if not the biggest in all of New Jersey for patio furniture…read more If you want to actually see and sit in patio furniture before purchasing things online this is a great chance to do it. We came in for Polywood. There is an entire showroom that's solely dedicated to Polywood. They match prices from their website, and charge $189 flat for white glove delivery and install. For all of the items that we purchased this would have been around an extra $1,000 on the Polywood website, so it was absolutely worth it to do this from Pelican. Staff is friendly and helpful - they will work really closely with you to figure out exactly what you need. This is a big purchase, so we spent a bunch of time looking at all different options, colors, fabrics, etc. Unfortunately our patio furniture will take weeks to arrive, so this was just about the buying experience. I'll hopefully have a positive update when our furniture gets here!

I called them to explain my specific needs and was impressed by their no-pressure, honest approach. They walked me through the real pros and cons of each unit without any sales tactics. I was shocked to discover that one of the "discounted" units I was considering from another online store was actually priced several hundred dollars above retail! I purchased the M600, and it arrived quickly via UPS from across the country. About two weeks later the app started acting up. I called to describe the issue, and their knowledgeable team immediately diagnosed it as a faulty power supply and shipped a replacement right away. The sales and service staff were both incredibly informed and helpful (I'm still not sure if they're the same team -- either way, the expertise is outstanding). If you're in the market for pool equipment, I recommend PelicanShop1 without any hesitation. I have zero affiliation with them -- I'm just a genuinely happy customer. They easily earn 10 out of 5 stars from me!

Guess we were 'small potatoes'. Thankfully, Window Trends responded quickly and were more than willing to tackle our repairs. Lisa, was terrific! She followed through with my request and kept in contact to verify the service. Joe and Tom arrived at the exact appointment time. They worked carefully and methodically. One of the blinds was more challenging but that didn't stop them from making sure the work was completed. They were a pleasure. Both were courteous and professional. As far as cost, it was exactly as stated at the outset. There was no price gouging. I highly recommend this merchant. From beginning to end you know they take pride in their business and appreciate the needs of the customer!

It was a pleasure shopping there from the first moment in the store - the staff was extremely friendly and professional. We discussed with Lisa all the options with blinds, shades, drapes, blackouts, filtering, etc. Offered suggestions and certainly no pressure or rushing to make a decision. We also had conversations with Mike and Anthony - they suggested different brands based on what we were looking for in the window blinds we ordered. They were also very friendly and professional. Once a decision was made - they scheduled an appointment to come to our home and take the exact measurements for the products. Their delivery time to obtain and install the new window treatments was extremely reasonable, however we had to cover the windows until the new treatments were available. We didn't want to live in a fish bowl. Once at the house - Anthony again made recommendations on colors as well as temporary - inexpensive blinds from another company until ours were ready. He could have tried to sell us something more expensive from his business, but he didn't. We received a call from Nicole a week before the planned installation date to schedule an appointment. She too was very friendly and professional. A couple of days before our scheduled appointment - Nicole called us again to say a spot opened a day earlier and they could come sooner if we desired. Of course we took the earlier appointment. When appointments are made - we are used to hearing they will be there between 9-12 or 1-3 or other window (no pun intended) of time - but with Window Trends - Nicole said they would be here at 12:30 on the scheduled day. I figured - OK we will see how that goes - figuring it was still going to be somewhere after 12:30 and maybe before 3. To oue surprise and pleasure, Joe and Tom arrived exactly at 12:30 - I could have set my clock on their timing. I know this sounds like a lot - but both Joe and Tom could not have been more friendly or professional as the others we met previously. They quickly came in the house and did a great installation - told us if we have any problems - just call and they will come back - I now see they said that as they knew we would not have any problems - the treatments have been up for almost a month and they are great - we use the shades everyday and they are a great quality product. I don't expect to see Joe or Tom until the next time we want to change or add new window treatments - they are all the very best and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. - I wish here were more Stars we could give. Each person should be complimented for a superb job!
