I love ordering online and picking up in store. Lately, unfortunately, there are less and less items available for in-store pickup. They want to just ship everything for an extra $10. They are also excluding more and more items from their normal percentage-off coupons. My shopping here has gone way down over the last year or so. read more

They have a very nice new store manager. He's helped me several times. However I don't know why but lately they are absolutely blasting loud commercials in Spanish. It's so loud and distracting and quite honestly there isn't some huge Spanish population shopping there so it makes no sense. In any case, the ads are super loud and go on forever in Spanish. It's your normal Kohl's, and like every Kohl's they have the best prices of the season...all the time. Ok, just being a little sarcastic, but I actually like this location as the parking is plentiful and I can always find new clothes at a discount. The only real negative I have with this Kohl's is that during the holidays they never seem to have the customer service/returns area staffed with enough people. I appreciate how often we see cleaning crews in here - fantastic job being visible and effective. I do my Amazon returns here, which is great when you just need to drop something off - their customer service area is quick and efficient, and I appreciate it! You also get a coupon to buy something at Kohl's when you do the Amazon return - win-win. Wonderful store with great prices and and sale and clearance items throughout the year. I've gotten clothes, backpack, shoes and towels here and they've all been at fair prices for the same great brand quality. The lines can get long even when multiple registers are open but it moves fairly quickly (and this is on a weekday-never been here on a weekend so can't say much about that). The sales racks can get into a bit of a jumbled mess and I wish that there were more changing rooms by the Juniors section. read more

Staff are quite helpful & the store is generally well kept, not too messy & is organized well. I will say that the long line to pay can appear like it's going to take forever, however they are quick & it's generally a painless wait to pay I do think that Kohl's is a bit pricey, that is, given the quality of what they are selling, they should be cheaper. Kohl's is a great neighborhood shopping spot for all your necessities. Especially during the holidays, the sales are amazing and if you spend $50 with your Kohl's card, you'll get a $10 coupon. You always get coupons in the mail for 15-30% off if you have a Kohl's card. This Kohl's is always busy! The parking lot gets super crowded and the fact there is only one exit backs things up (plus it's a light so even more frustrating). I went recently after not being here in years. Nothing has changed. The check out lines are ridiculously long. The return line was even longer. The staff did their best to move it along. I don't particularly shop at Kohl's. I feel the quality of products is inferior to a Target (even though sometimes it's the same brand). What I do like is they have really good sales and you can make out very well with gifts for family/friends. My mom swears by this place. They have low prices on clothes and household items. One thing that stands out on most Kohl's, at least to me, is the ceilings seem low so it feels like a basement to me. Plus it has a darker feel as compared to a Target. read more

I'm usually very happy with Kohl's. Very disappointed and upset with how my fiancé and I were treated at the Kohl's in Morris Plains, Nj tonight. I shop at Kohl's all the time and have been a loyal customer For years. Someone forgot to remove a sensor on my Lauren Conrad pants. I did not have my receipt, however I did still have the bag. When we walked into the store the alarm went off and we walked directly back to Customer Service. My fiancé and I were followed by security. Then my fiancé asked the customer service rep if she could kindly remove the sensor. She refused and gave my bag to security to inspect. My fiancé offered my phone number and asked if she could look into my recent purchases and she refused. They didn't even want to give me my bag back. Then both the female and male customer service reps and security were making false accusations that we had stolen the pants and that "it's the oldest trick in the book, to put an item in a store bag and not have a receipt". After about 10 mins of going back and forth, they eventually did it. They said if it happens again they will not help. None of them wanted to provide their names when we had asked them. We do not appreciate being accused of something we did not do. It is unacceptable to treat customers like that. read more

I have been a Kohl's customer since 2008. I ordered several items and they were shipped separately. I never received the boys shirt and contacted Kohl's.com. I was told tracking shows it was delivered. I was asked to check the bushes and area outside my home, ask family members and neighbors. Then to contact USPS. All for $5 credit and less than $5 Kohl's cash reimbursement. Kohl's customer service is A joke. Also a lot of items are overpriced so the % off offers are what you need, but now restricted on more and more items. read more

I tend to come here for random things - like hand towels or shower flip flops. If I could rate this with negative stars, I would. I will never shop at Kohls again - I have closed my card and disconnected all attachments to this unscrupulous environment. Being a manager of a store, I know how to excel with customer service standards and go above and beyond to make each and every customer feel special. This establishment had the least qualified associates in their store. I went to return an item in this store that I had bought online. They told me at the customer service desk that I would need to return this item in the specific department since it was considered to be "fine" jewelry .... there was nothing "fine" or nice about it, but that is irrelevant. I waited at the jewelry counter for FORTY minutes until the inadequate and unskilled associate helped me. The store was not busy at this time and there was only one other customer in the jewelry department. This disqualified associate NEVER acknowledged my presence for the whole time I was standing there - never a "I will be right with you" or "Give me a few more minutes!" Instead this ignoramus just ignored me. After forty minutes when I finally received attention - the saleswoman never even looked me in the eyes - she just opened her hand to grab the item I was trying to return. Of course she had no idea how to process a return and called for help. The manager didn't even know what she was doing. Finally, they told me that I could only receive a store credit, and for less money than what I paid, to boot - even though I had the receipt, order information, my credit card statement and confirmation email. They denied that I paid that much even though I had several forms of documentation to prove it. When I left the store, I called the store/corporate manager to complain and she was just as argumentative and unapologetic. All and all, they would only give me a store credit for half of what I paid for - they would not even put it back on my Kohl's card. This is completely corrupt and unethical - since when does being a loyal customer and having a receipt mean nothing?? Never an apology, never an attempt to make this situation better. I am so dissatisfied with this store and will NEVER shop here again. I have several family members and friends that used to shop here but we completely have a bad taste in our mouths. I have never been so disgraced of an establishment that cares so little for their customers especially after spending a hefty amount of money. The Kohl's associates in this location really need to re-evaluate their career choices because customer service is CLEARLY not it. Words cannot express how enraged I am because of this situation - all I was trying to do was return an item that I was dissatisfied with due to its misrepresentation online. The fact that they feel they can take advantage of me and steal my money even when I had the proper documentation is disgusting. This place is really starting to annoy. I try to go here at random times since as other people have said, the parking lot gets packed during peak times (at least ShopRite isn't there anymore). I've been a shopper here for years, but the last few times I have gone here, my experience has been rather poor. Certain aisles are usually too crowded that clothes brush all around my body like I'm going through a car wash, clothes are a mess everywhere and are never in order by their labels/sizes (yes, sloppy customers are an issue, but it's the employees' job to maintain the store), the employees look miserable and seem like robots, and the customer service truly blows. When returning something, make sure they don't screw you on your Kohl's cash that you may have earned on that purchase. They will virtually steal your earned Kohl's cash and deduct it from your return First, even if you still would've earned it-- they won't tell that to you though. Lastly, if it turns out that you are about a couple dollars away from earning some Kohl's cash, certain cashiers won't go 'out of their way' to let you know about that (supposedly, the register may automatically give it to you if you are within some certain amount). I seem to usually deal with the Kohl's employees (and managers) who do not care, but there are still some very good employees in this store-- or at least there were. This place maybe gets 2.5/5 stars, but I'm rating it one star here to bring down their too high of a rating on here and attention to how they operate. read more

I really like this particular location. It's big, organized, and the salespeople are both friendly and efficient. Crazy, right? There's a good selection of clothes, housewares, and cards. Random, I know, but Kohls has a really great card selection--much better than the typical grocery store and cheaper than a real card shop. On a recent trip, I picked up an embroidered t-shirt for half price and a few cards for some upcoming weddings. Painless and totally awesome! read more

Poor customer service. I dont usually shop here, but I received two jackets around the holidays which were purchased for me online. They cost around 200$ and came with an online receipt in case I wanted to return them, so since I wasn't really satisfied with them I decided to do just that. It seemed like no big deal, but when I went to this store I was met by several rude employees who kept insisting I needed an in-store receipt even though it was purchased online. It came with a printed online receipt and I had digital proof of the purchase, so eventually they accepted my return and told me my refund would be mailed to me. But a few months went by and I received nothing. I called costumer service to sort it out and was "helped" by someone who told me the store had never promised anything, and even though they had taken the merchandise back no money would be returned. Three calls later and my situation was finally handled by a decent person who said she could give me store credit. It was better than nothing so I accepted, but I don't even want to use it now because of my negative experience. read more

this store has two lousy managers: Oscar and Jim. there are only 2 cashiers on at peak times when the line seems a mile long. This store is always messy. Things are thrown all over the place, mislabeled. People look like they are miserable and don't want to work there. Customer service is a joke. They take your Kohl's cash away if you return something. The place is always a mess too. Staff is ill trained to do the job. There are certain things they don't know about the job because they haven't been trained properly. Management is apathetic to employees and not welcoming at all. They act like they don't care if you are there or not. read more
