What initially drew me in to this store was that I was looking for a new Alex and Ani bracelet that had just came out, the sales associate asked me if I was looking for something in particular and she was able to locate the charm bracelet right away. She held it at the counter for me so that I could continue to look around. I had just moved into my apartment and found a large piece of artwork that I really liked, the sales people told me that it was the last one of that painting and took it off the wall for me, they even gave me a couple of special nails from the drawer to hang it when I got home! I call that friendly customer service and that is what keeps me coming back. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a little gift for a special occasion or "just because". ..or maybe to someone who is looking to just treat themselves (like me!).

New Jersey features a diverse landscape that ranges from from the factories of Paterson to the 9,800 farms covering 790,000 acres of farmland in the state.. with a unique and rich tapestry of upscale and blue-collar towns across the state from Montague in the north to Cape May in the south. Just Jersey is a store that celebrates it all. Just Jersey is a independently-owned and -operated retail outlet in Morristown that features carefully curated, locally-produced, and reasonably-priced products that celebrate the rich culture and history of the Garden State. It's a one-stop shop for all things Jersey - high-quality, handcrafted art, jewelry, and clothing products as well as shelf-stable food products produced by local artisans - that make thoughtful, decorative, functional, and tasty gifts for current or former New Jersey friends and family as well as wonderful decor for home or college dorm room to remind family and friends of the culture and attitude of the Garden State and their hometowns. What's more New Jersey than New Jersey-shaped pasta or a "Jersey Girls Don't Pump Gas" keychain or a decorative sign with your zip code or town's name crafted from decommissioned New Jersey license plates? Paul Miller and Tina Bologna, Just Jersey's co-owners and shopkeepers have created a special place in Morristown that serves as a hub of the local community and supports more than 300 New Jersey-based small businesses. They seek out locally-produced products that are uniquely 'Jersey' and produced by New Jersey-based small businesses to stock in their store and website. Every product in the store and website comes with a story that Paul and Tina are happy to share. They also host periodic launch parties in the store to celebrate new vendor and products added to their inventory. To celebrate the recent Small Business Saturday, my shopping companion (.. in full disclosure, a Jersey Girl through and through who lured this then-New York City resident to relocate out to her home state ..) and I stopped in to Just Jersey to pick up her weekly fix of Cape May Peanut Butter Company's Natural Peanut Butter produced in a facility at the Cape May County Airport. We wound up eavesdropping on a conversation between Paul and a local politician on the town/township's political history and buying my shopping companion a beautiful sweater knitted by Paul's wife which she'll wear proudly she's supported a New Jersey-based small business. We will definitely be back! PRO TIP #1: If your small- or not-so-small New Jersey-based business needs to thank its customers for their patronage whether for the holidays or just to say thank you.. why not celebrate the state your business calls home while supporting the local economy? Just Jersey has plenty of experience with creating and shipping corporate gift baskets full of locally-sourced products from small businesses. PRO TIP #2: Just Jersey does not have a private parking lot, but there is plenty of paid on-street parking on South Street or Maple Avenue. Bring change or use the ParkMobile app for the meters ($1 per hour) Monday through Saturday from 8am til 6PM; all street meters are free Monday through Saturday after 6pm and all day on Sunday. If you can't find a spot on the street, paid parking is also available in the Morristown Parking Authority Lot #8 (@ 10 Franklin Street) and Vail Parking Area (@ 110 South Street). FREE on-street parking is located on MacCulloch Avenue, just two blocks from Just Jersey.

I have been a repeat customer at this location for my business. I just dropped off an order of…read morehats, coats, and sweatshirts to be embroidered. I have had these same items embroidered in the past without issues. This time around they placed the logo and name on different sides of the various items. They never said that they would have to do this, and there was no communication from them what so ever. When I noticed that they misplaced the logo and name on my coats and brought them back to the store, the gentleman behind the counter who took my order said he had no notes on the order regarding placement, and that he could offer a refund for these misprints but had to go get his manager George. When George came, he stated that this is why he does not want to let people bring their own items in to be embroidered, because they are too picky. I am not being picky, i just expected uniformity. This was not an issue on previous orders, but now it was. George did not offer anything to resolve this for me. Being a repeat customer, and having just ordered 500 dollars of embroidery, I would have been happy with them simply crediting me for the items that were mis-embroidered, like the one gentleman offered to do. I was going to be ordering dozens of t-shirts from them for the warmer months, but i will no longer being using them. They were rude and acted like i created the problem, when they simply messed up. Everyone messes things up sometimes, but when you do you have to be accountable for it, and most businesses try to keep their clients happy. They do not communicate at all, and never even let you know when your order is ready for pickup, but they have no problem blasting your email with junk. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially a smaller company or individual. They do not care about their clients. If you are somebody that is looking for printing, marketing, or embroidery services, look elsewhere. You will be much happier, and you will get what you actually pay for. Zero stars.

To our great dismay, by only the third week of June, the bracelet had already broken twice. On each occasion and for no apparent reason, it broke apart between two of the links. After the first time it broke, I gave Eric the opportunity to repair it. When it broke the second time, I requested a refund--in person, in a phone call and in an email. Eric has wrongfully refused my requests for a refund. And now we are out the good money we paid for the bracelet and left with a broken subpar bracelet that can't be worn. Clearly, the bracelet is defective. For it to have broken two times and within such a short span of time is not normal. It indicates that it is not "fit for its ordinary purpose". NJ recognizes an implied warranty that merchandise sold is fit for its ordinary purpose. Eric has cited that he has a no return policy. He refuses to acknowledge that I am not seeking a return under an ordinary return policy (i.e., because I changed my mind, wrong size or color, etc.), I'm seeking a remedy for defective merchandise he sold me. What kind of business operates like this? In light of the poor way I was treated and the poor quality of the product I purchased, BUYER PLEASE BEWARE of Jewelry By Eric! Stay away! UPDATE: I just learned that Eric is now lying and blaming the defect/damage on my daughter by saying the damage was caused by "customer's use of the bracelet ." Funny, on neither occasion when I brought the broken bracelet back to him for his inspection, did he mention anything about the damage being my daughter's fault. The fact that he is falsely accusing my daughter of being responsible for the damage is appalling and offensive. She is currently a resident/doctor at a top medical institution who knows how to wear and care for fine jewelry. Again, I warn the public: Do Not Shop at Jewelry by Eric! He and his jewelry are not to be trusted.
