I purchased 2 tops and because they both were defective with rips, I went to store to return them less than 24 hours from when I bought them. Since I had looked at their merchandise the night before, there were no items my size that I liked to replace the ones I had bought. I was told they wouldn't refund my credit card. To make things worse, I never received the email receipt and was not told of their return policy which is store credit only. The young lady working there was extremely nice but could not give me refund even after discussing it with the store owner. I spoke with a very condescending owner who was extremely NOT customer friendly. I was very polite throughout the whole process. While I was outside the store speaking to my credit card company about this, the owner called the police on me and told them that I threatened to throw a brick through their window. I felt like a criminal. The store clerk verified to the police officer that I never made those threats and that all I wanted was a refund for ripped items I did not want. I now have to go to court to dispute something that I had no fault in. This is a HORRIBLE place to shop that is not customer friendly in any way. I hope the store clerk that was there finds a better place to work. I will NEVER shop there or any of their other stores again!!!
