Fast forward to yesterday, my two girlfriends and I are in shopping, trying to cheer up one of us who recently had breast cancer surgery. One of us spent over $200, in front of the owner, and gave the bag to the other and said, "Happy Cancer." In reciprocation, friend with cancer bought two mugs that said, "Kindness." Again, gave them out, in front of owner, and thanked us. We left, and right outside the shop, while looking for car keys, one of us dropped mug and it broke. Owner refused to give a new mug. One of us went in and asked again, and owner said no. Bad business, right? Another goes in, and owner relented, with tears in her eyes, saying she can't absorb the lost. What about the loss of 3 customers? Owner then hands cash and I said, "Maybe this kindness will come back to you. Thank you." And she said, "I have long ago given up on that happening." I got home, and realized the mugs were $36 and she only gave back $28. Something is very off here. Never again.

However, Im sorry to say that my hair was a disaster. I was so upset all day because as soon as I got back to my hotel, all of my curls looked like I just woke up. I had no curls at all! I had guest traveling over an hour and their hair stayed and looked better then mine. My hair was extremely frizzy and looked like my 8 year old niece did it. I'm hoping that my pictures do not come out bad. Im just glad that I had my veil on for at least half of the pictures because it hid my hair. = (

1-Maplecrest Ford in Mendham, NJ gave a Trade-In Vehicle Affidavit for a 2023 Audi SQ7 when a truck…read morewas purchased from them, meaning that Maplecrest bought/paid off the 2023 Audi SQ7 lease. 2- HOWEVER, MAPLECREST FORD NEVER PAID OFF THE 2023 AUDI SQ7 PROPERLY. 3- Audi Financial issued a notification of delinquency on the monthly payment of the car that was "sold" to Maplecrest Ford. This greatly impacted credit rating. -The person who bought the 2023 Audi SQ7 from Maplecrest Ford in Mendham had been driving with an illegal title which seems like an illegal sale. -Maplecrest Ford's reasons for not properly paying off the Audi lease: We changed banks, Audi Financial required an electronic payoff, we sent a check in the regular mail, the check was return, etc. When asked for documentation, Maplecrest could not present it. 4- Owner, Tom Giordano was on vacation; owner Theo Giordano and Emma Giordano were "working from home"; finance manager, Marie Wiggins and my salesman Dan Khalall were "off". 5- Ryan at Audi Financial's third party, Manheim, told Sales Manager, Dave Cozza at Maplecrest Ford, to pay it off. 6- 7 weeks after Maplecrest issued a bad affidavit for Trade-in, Maplecrest was informed this could be a serious offense. They then paid off the Audi lease. 7- To reinstate perfect credit score, Maplecrest is required to submit a Letter of Explanation to Audi Financial. They refused. Hence, please be advised that Maplecrest Ford in Mendham is not a reputable dealership.
