We used watercolor which has a tendency to come out badly if not printed correctly. Nikisha's work on our invitations was perfect! The colors of our illustrations all came out so well and the paper stock was lovely. Turnaround was fast and the price was more than reasonable. We were also really happy to keep our business in the neighborhood instead of having some corporate online printer do these. See my previous review. I knew what I had in mind for wedding invites, and it including custom art that a close family friend had made for me. Not a problem-sent a high resolution document over and my custom art was included without a question. I had in mind a simple, elegant yet not too formal design (I had a beach destination wedding), and Patty helped me put together exactly the perfect invitation suite. It was exactly within the price range that I had in mind, and had a turn around time of about 6-7 weeks. They were stunning. I really did receive multiple compliments on how original and elegant they were. After my wedding, I got custom thank you notes, again using some of the custom art I had on the invite, which were simple but really special. I didn't even have to go into the shop that time - two quick emails and Patty had put together exactly what I had in mind. I will not only recommend this to anyone who asks for a stationary recommendation, but I will use them again and again if I have a need for custom stationary. This was originally a recommendation from my sister and mother in law and I cannot thank them enough!

I do truly believe it was a beautiful end product, but definitely some issues along the way…read more 1. We ordered both our save the dates and our invites from there. We receive our invites and all is well, but after later comparing to the save the dates, the fonts are different shades of green. I was looking to keep things uniform and definitely a little disappointed. The save the date is a lot darker than the invite. 2. None of the items stayed closed in the mail. They gave us glue for the save the dates, which didn't hold and many arrived open. Our invites came with stickers that you peeled, and those didn't stay closed either. I made a comment after the save the dates and was told not to worry about it for the invites, but it happened again. Not sure if the card stock of the envelopes was too heavy or what. 3. The amount of typos on our proof was insane. I had to kick it back so many times. Celebration and celebratory were missing the letter R. There were words without spaces between them. The names of towns (in NJ) were spelled wrong. I'm not saying people don't make mistakes, but with the amount the invites cost, I shouldn't be having to comb through every single word to make sure common wedding words like celebration are spelled correctly. I will not take away from LBDP producing a beautiful end product and from being easy to work with, I just don't think it was worth it and we went in another direction for our day off signage.

I'm not sure if my family member who booked this arranged it that way or what but it wasn't really a big deal besides the occasional complaint or request that someone move over. I hear pottery and think of the whole wheel technique so that's what I was expecting. However this way was cool too. Simone was patient with us and took the time to explain everything and help us when needed. We were able to bring food and wine and there was soft music playing in the background. I believe there is an option to extend the session by a half hour for $50 because the time really does go fast. I couldn't change the date and it was most likely due to the fact that it was the weekend before Valentines Day. My husband reminded me of the challenges that I had with previous edible arrangement deliveries so I went online to find a local florist. When I called Cranford Florist, the woman I spoke to on the phone assured me that they would be able to send a fruit and gourmet basket on Saturday as I requested. She sounded confident that they would be able to pick out and make a great basket to send condolences to three men. Well she was right! At the funeral I was thanked for the huge basket and told by everyone who had been at the house that the basket with big, beautiful and full of a lot of goodies. I am so glad that the edible arrangement order did not work out and I called the local friendly florist in Cranford.

He paid in advance and thought there would be no confusion since he did place it a entire day before pickup. Valentine's Day he went to pick up his order, when arriving there was no record of his order but he had his order confirmation number and proof he had paid $60.00 for this specific bouquet. Instead of giving him specific bouquet the florist "threw something together" And gave a bouquet of flowers that were so stuffed roses were just shoved in that the next day the roses were broken and already dying. Then they threw in a box of chocolates to make up for their mistake. It broke my heart to see how stuffed all these flowers were in this tiny vas and how fast they were drying. I tried to take them all out and place them in a bigger vas and get more life out of them but it was too late. I had to throw them all out. This was so disappointing to me. I would not recommend this place. This bouquet was all over the place and throwing a free box of chocolates does not make up for this.
