On some aspects of the design, we were very intentional about what we wanted, while at other times, we didn't have much of a clue and were pretty open-ended; the KF team accommodated both ends of the spectrum, giving us our ideal balance of input vs. hands-on direction. We decided to work with Karma Flowers before March 2020, and when it came to rescheduling our original wedding date, Kristyn was super understanding and easy to work with. Wedding planning brings its expected share of challenges and unexpected hurdles (especially in a pandemic!), so working with someone who was so flexible at adapting to the circumstances was a huge plus! The Karma Flowers crew were also very easy to communicate with, responding promptly to our many queries and back-and-forth conversations leading up to the event. Notably, the very day before our event, we realized that the signs we'd planned to feature prominently in our ceremony aisle decor were much smaller than we'd anticipated. When we reached out to Kristyn in a panic, she immediately proposed a reworked design that saved the day. There were many such moments in the process that made us thankful we'd contracted with Karma Flowers, what a life-saver! The only slightest hiccup in our experience was, on the day of the event, that we received pin-on corsages rather than wrist bracelets for our mothers and grandparents. In the grand scheme of everything else they did so so well--altar and aisle decor, centerpieces, cocktail hour accents, sweetheart table, and more!--it's a very, very minor point. A helpful reminder to chat about all the little details and make sure you're all on the same page. We would enthusiastically recommend Karma Flowers for wedding decor. If their team is available for your date, it's a no brainer decision.

The quality of the artistry and the materials used is of the highest level: from the illustrations of our ceremony and reception venues, to the personalized map of NYC, to the custom crest Tricia and team designed for us, every piece of the invitation suite, programs, and other paper goods used throughout our wedding felt personal and elegant, which is exactly the tone we were hoping to strike. Beyond the high quality products, Tricia was a true pleasure to work with throughout our wedding planning process. 1440's artwork and design elements are wonderful, although at points in the process attention to detail and proofreading could have been improved, especially at the price point.
