Is this even really a wetzels .. Seemed like my jalapeño pretzel was smaller than usual. Every time I come to these 2 locations the wait is crazy! 15 mins..for 5 customers. Why? This is a terrible place, absolutely horrible. I'm just kidding, I love this pretzel shop, except when I have a bad case of the munchies because I can't ever decide what to order from their scrumptious menu and I always end up ordering one of everything. They have multiple locations throughout this mall, they always have lines wrapped around their kiosk stand, but its definitely worth the wait. If you are in need of a quick snack, the classic pretzel with salt and butter is always a solid choice, but if you need something slightly heavier to get you through the next cycle of shopping, I'd suggest trying one of their pizza bagels; two classic favorites pressed between your paws :) read more

This review is for the shop downstairs. Bad. Just bad. Totally undercooked. I could already tell when I held the pretzel. When I squeezed it to hold it while I walked away, it didn't bounce back to shape. It flattened like play dough. It's because everything under the outer pretzel skin is still dough-y and sticks and flattens. Took a bit and everything was confirmed. Totally undercooked. This is probably my favorite pretzel place, definitely my favorite in this mall. Not that I dislike Auntie Anne's, I've just been more impressed with the flavor and service at Wetzel's Pretzels. While they offer a nice variety of pretzels, I am stuck on either the cinnamon sugar, or the old standby just salt. There was a very long line because of holiday shopping! They were keeping the pretzels coming hot and fresh though! Strangely, the pretzels we ordered didn't have any salt on them?
