The Cin-a-Bitz was really tasty, it was the perfect amount of crisp and softness.

She then put her phone in her pocket, still with the same gloves on and proceeded to get back to cutting the pretzel dough I then decided not to purchase any pretzel bites this morning ! Being sanitary in the food industry is of the utmost importance I will say that the counters warming case and the slushy machines all appear to be very clean so maybe that was the previous evenings closing shift .

Service is excellent with the waitresses being friendly and very helpful with suggestions for food and beer. We started with the Irish Nachos (French fries instead of tortilla chips - think poutine) and followed that up with the Forbidden Pizza. A great combination to go along with a couple of beers. Four stars for the ambience and food but the waitresses take it over the top to five stars!

I didn't have any issues but depending if there's a good game, it could be busy. Seating: Inside seating, probably about 50 cars great for groups and there's some good bar seating too. Vibes: Chino Hills is pretty suburban, the malls are the more eventful places but this is a pretty good gathering in the outer areas of Chino Hills. Relatively spacious large tv screens. Good place to catch a game or hang out with friends. FOOD: Irish Nacho Platter (Recommend) Fries richly entrenched with cheese, pico del gallo, and sour cream. A good crunch, pleasant spice, and savory flavors. Chicken Wings - Lemon Pepper & Mild (Recommend) Chicken wings were delightful. The mild had a subtle kick to it but the lemon pepper was amazing. I usually size it to Wingstop and this passed the test. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Awesome! The team was short-staffed but they were professional and did their best. TL; DR OVERALL: 4 Stars. Comforting menu, reasonable prices, and a good experience. This is a solid brewery from their food to their drink selections. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a brew and catch up with a friend, this is a good spot. TIPS: * Great place for catching games!

We ordered a few appetizers like the avocado egg rolls and the potstickers. Both were pretty decent but I enjoyed the potstickers more. I was pretty impressed with the tavern cut pizza which I was able to customize with any toppings of my choosing and their protein bowl which was very filling. And then you can't go to BJs without a famous pizookie. We ordered 3 mini ones and also enjoyed a complimentary birthday pizookie as well. These did not disappoint and the cookies were so soft that I almost regretted getting the mini version. I believe on Tuesdays they have a Pizookie deal as well so you should definitely check it out. I've been to BJs before but this location in particular will probably be my go-to based on my experience and the food. It seemed fresher and overall I enjoyed my time here

I do miss the great white pizza that they used to have here they don't do it anymore. They also changed the recipe on the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, not for the better either. Ordered it the other night and I was like what is this on top? I thought it was a truffle like thing, but I was told it was grated Parmesan, it's not as creamy and rich as it used to be. The chicken is chopped up instead of placed on there like how it used to be as well. It's too bad that they didn't stick to what was really good before. The shrimp scampi pasta is good still, but I won't be ordering the Alfredo anymore. I only ate half of it and threw the rest out. It was a late night order, and they were closing soon so the last thing I wanted to do was question everything after the fact that night. But, to be honest, I had really thought I had gotten the wrong order and had called the restaurant the next day to ask more questions about the recipe since I didn't get what was pictured. They confirmed that the recipe changed and that it went live on Thursday. So it is what it is, I told them I didn't really like the new recipe for feedback purposes. But of course their beers are always some of the best. They do make a pretty good Wagyu burger too. The California Chicken Club is a favorite of mine too, but I really wish they would bring back the great white pizza though. That was a BJ's signature and now sadly gone.

As I was buying my sausages. soft pretzels, and potato salad, the lady said very little to me and the gentleman, nothing at all. When I tried speaking German, the lady said she didn't remember much of the language anymore. This blunt, "tell it like it is" way of interacting is pretty much how my family used to be, so I found it familiar -- even comforting. But it's easy to see how this can rub people the wrong way, especially if they're used to American (or even modern German) - style customer service. Everyone who found this rude is making reasonable statements. But to me this is more a case of people who have been doing the same thing for a long time without making updates. Decor-wise, place also seems to recreating the Germany that someone remembers from decades ago. The blue and white bunting, the beer steins, the picture of the Pope and other memorabilia make the place feel distinctly Bavarian, in a touristy way. A lot of places in Germany, even in the more traditional south have moved on. But my hope is that this place does continue until the proprietors retire with dignity or sell the business to some German-Americans with a passion for prepping and selling this type of food.
