The glass was greasy the work station was messy and I saw into the kitchen and it was somehow worse than the stand. When I called over the worker to order she looked at me like I was a nuisance. I asked if I could order and she scoffed at me. After ordering it took several minutes to even get my pretzel and when given my pretzel she gave it to me with such attitude I left without saying thank you. I don't think I'll be returning since the customer service was subpar. The pretzel was a bit burnt too.

Decor-wise, place also seems to recreating the Germany that someone remembers from decades ago. The blue and white bunting, the beer steins, the picture of the Pope and other memorabilia make the place feel distinctly Bavarian, in a touristy way.
