Yes this is the spot for after work conversations and wind down time! I'm tryna told y'all sum'n but ya ain't tryna heard me! This spot reminds me of the Daiquiri shops I used to frequent back in my hometown of New Orleans back in the day, but nicer and cleaner!! They don't have the mixes I'm accustomed to like a Peach Bellini with an extra shot.......but the Peach Daiquiri holds it's own at this joint!!! I asked for an extra shot which they put in a lil container for you to pour it into your cup yourself, but after a few sips I quickly realized it wasn't needed. I discarded the extra shot. One of my coworkers had the Strawberry Daiquiri and the other had the Car Jack which is a mix of their Jack-n Ginger and Call-A-Cab! They both said their Daiquiris were good as well! I believe this place is pretty new in the mobile area, but it is awesome. The decor of the place is beautiful and the place was very spacious and clean when I visited. If youve never had Wet Willies this a bar/ restaurant that specializes in frozen alcoholic beverages. They also serve non alcoholic beverages but if you are 21 or above you must try the frozen mix of pina coloda and strawberry. It is amazing but you will only need one lol The customer service was excellent, if you're in the area check it out! read more

I've visited wet willies in south beach and was pleased to see one is here in Mobile (we just moved). I actually like this one better than the one in sobe because I think this one has more flavors and definitely has nicer staff but is also way cleaner. If you aren't sure what flavor to get, ask if you can sample - they will always let you sample flavors. You can also mix as many flavors together as you'd like. I was going to order my usual strawberry and pina colada but the bartender recommended another flavor (sorry can't remember the name of it) that was sort of like a strawberry lemonade, and it was really good! I've never had food here, it's not a place I'd really go to get food so I can't comment on that. Definitely a place to visit if you have never been here before but don't expect to get drunk (or even buzzed). read more

I'm here because it's convenient to the hotel at a waking distance. The drinks are good here but the food service sucks. Been waiting 45 minutes for food and it's not even busy at the moment. Server couldn't tell me how long beside 10 more minutes after a 30 minute wait. The daiquiri side was awesome service although waiting in food it all melted. read more

I love love love having a daiquiri bar in downtown mobile. There menus are easily accessible and they let you try the daiquiri flavors before you buy them so you won't be stuck with anything you don't like. The prices are super reasonable. read more

Wet willies is always fun. Very clean and the "Call a cab" is delicious. Our server was very polite and it was directly across from the park so it was a nice place to sit and people watch. My only issue was that they proudly displayed two big American flags in the window but had stickers on the front door denying the second amendment. The daiquiri was fine, however Wet Willie's in Mobile does not give receipts for cash purchases. Maybe, due to the Corona Virus, their policy has changed. When I requested a receipt, the clerk seemed to be annoyed. At the end, the manager came and gave me one. I suggested to them to inform the customer when ordering, because I could have easily used a credit card. If you don't know guys, the price is substantial enough to warrant a credit card purchase. read more

I'm a Mobile native, but just had my first visit to Wet Willies today. The guy who helped us was super friendly and made sure we knew all about the drinks before we ordered. I thought that was great because one thing I hate the most about trying new drinks is I don't know what to choose, because I know nothing about the drinks. I liked that you could try the drinks as well. I got the "Super Woman" and it had plenty of alcohol in it (I saw others complaining their drinks were weak) as did my boyfriend's "Mud Slide." I didn't try the food, but the people next to us enjoyed it. I really enjoyed our visit here and will definitely return. read more

Slap your friend in the face, if you are in Mobile, Al and they suggest you go to wet willies. The frozen drinks are alright but nothing to write home to Mommy about. The gumbo is mediocre and heated up from previous made gumbo( what day you ask take your guess). The nachos with spicy beef was good. They had one chef and bartender that was lousy but still charged us prepaid gratuity with 6 people. Which was to much to pay when the bartender only came twice check on us. Went in tonight with 2 other people and I have to say the service is usually great but tonight it was not. The food was ok but we ordered 3 pizzas and the 3rd one came out a good 20 minutes after the other two. Our waitress was incredibly slow and for a good portion of the time we were in there we were the ONLY people in the whole restaurant. I was very disappointed in the service tonight as it's usually great the last few times I've been in there. Step up your game wet willies. Be better!! Also note to the cook. This place is trash. I saw a roach last time I came here. The service was terrible both visits. The waiters ignored me for a good while before serving even when the place was nearly empty. The food was good but takes forever to leave the kitchen. They need more cooks. They also told me I couldn't order wings and the table beside ordered wings right after I did. read more
