So i went to Wet Vapes solely to get coils for my device because my normal vape place did not have them in stock..... needless to say, I walked out of there with a new vape, coils and juice, which my normal vape place no longer carried. Worst experience with any smoke shop in my life. Purchased a battery with the knowledge, from the store clerk, that I would be able to make an exchange or get store credit if I came back within 14 days. I show up a week later and the manager claims he knows the salesperson didn't tell me that and refuses to give me a store credit although their receipt clearly states otherwise. The employees are manipulative and will say anything to get you to buy the most expensive product on the shelf. Not to mention they sold me cheap Chinese Juul pods that were defective and leaky. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the nerves and look elsewhere. I would NOT shop here again even if it was the only smoke shop in all of Western NY. read more

I've been going here for over a year now. The staff is great, and very helpful and really does their best to help you. They have great prices, and even though some things are cheaper online, I like the idea of supporting a local business. If you look at their website they have a clearance section, got a Kangertech NEBOX for $34.00. Then on Black Friday I got another for $14.99!! Good selection of national high quality juices, the in store juice is pretty good, since they sell a 10 mg bottle for less than $5.00 you can try out their juice at a very reasonable price. read more

When I walked in, I was overwhelmed but all the choices and the guy working asked what I liked. Went to Just Vaper for 3 years and have zero experience where anyone treated me with such rudeness. After the rest of staff is so pleasant and fun...I will never return here. Update: they are dropping many good lineups that have been among my favorites. The point system continues to fail and today I was told i cant get back the points lost even after furnishing multiple receipts. All of the awesomeness I fell in love with the company for has been slowly going away. A month ago I bought a 4 bay charger, they gave me a 2 bay and I had to travel back. A week ago I bought a premium juice in 3mg, they gave me 6...had to travel back...didn't get points for either purchase even though I enter it every time. I am done with this company. I will leave my original review below in the hopes that this company can aspire to the standards they once set for themselves. I've traveled to many of the shops in WNY. Some stick out more than others. This location is one that I love. The people there are pleasant. What I really like is that when I walk in, and they are clearly just hanging out with some regulars or some friends, they immediately and, most importantly, happily stand up and offer their service. The juice selection is fantastic. The product knowledge there is fantastic. I am very pleased. I do try to offer a constructive criticism with reviews so...if I had to say one negative thing, it's that they don't do the WNY vape culture discount anymore. This is a pretty nice shop. The place is clean and organized. They have a huge selection. The only thing I would stay away from is their line of juice (it has no flavor) One thing I absolutely love about WetVapes is that they carry other premium juices like Five Pawns, Suicide Bunny, Space Jam, and Obsession. Nobody else seems to carry the top shelf juices. I seriously recommend Gambit by Five Pawns! Also I'm a dripper and I prefer authentic hardware. I could be mistaken but every mod and Rda I've seen there is cloned. But there's nothing wrong with that since that's what the majority of people purchase. I just prefer authentic. I'm a new e-cig user & obviously don't know much about them or the proper parts needed for my new e-cig (LUXE PM40). I went to the store to get a pack of coils after going through the ones that were included in the box when I purchased the e-cig. The woman working was obviously clueless because she sold me the wrong size coil. I didn't realize this until I got home, took it out of the package, put it in my e-cig & noticed it didn't fit. I immediately went back to the store & they wouldn't allow me to exchange or give me a refund because I "opened the package". Well obviously I had to open the package. Of course they didn't sell them as singles so I had to get the pack of 5. $18 out the window & the woman working says to me, "my bad". So I had to run home to get more $ & brought back the manual this time. Well of course upon returning they didn't have any 0.6 coils in stock, so I had to get the 0.8 coils which means I have to run the e-cig at less wattage than I would like to. This store is such a joke, the employees are clueless & I don't plan on going back or spending anymore $ there especially after refusing to exchange the coils when the employee clearly made the mistake in the first place. Horrible customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR $ HERE. There are plenty of other e-cig shops with employees who actually know what they're talking about & selling you. read more

This place is a dump. The only thing you may go there for would be the liquid because they can make just about anything. But even that is subject as they don't have much flavor. All of the hardware they sell there is major junk. We've had to go back there every time we bought something because it breaks. And I mean every single time. It's all cheap Chinese overpriced crap. We bought a battery and it burnt out, went back exchanged it, that one burnt out. Finally bought one at another shop. The little heating elements, you get a solid day and they burn out. Bought a charger, the first time that we screwed the battery to it, it fell apart. I've never seen a place sell so much garbage and yet, every time you bring it back, they act surprised that it broke. read more

Hmm I don't know I have not had a ton of experiences here but all of the ones I've had were great the reps are extremely knowledgeable and they have a juice bar so they always let you try before you buy and that's definitely a solid for me honestly I may make this my new number one vape. Now I have not bought any mods or tanks or mechs from them so o really can't review the product in that level but as for just juice alone I have to say they have a humongous selection of top shelf juice ( which I do absolutely hate saying because every juice line nowadays says their line is top shelf) looper by Anml is a must try if you are looking for a new flavor its a great fruit loop flavor with a kick in it I've tried 3 and 6 nic and I have to say 6 nic you do lose some of the flavor so stick with 3 you will not notice a different if your vaping a dripper haven't had the chance to tank it just yet. Overall great line, great guys, lots of locations, and always quick in and out! The reason for the four is just that I haven't bought Anything but juice from them so I don't want to over rate them untill I do that! read more

Extremely disappointed with this e-cog shop... I bought a box-mod it quit working within a week so I went to return and they refused to return said that it looked older then a week old. Called the store owner at a diff location he told me to come in for the return so I drive an hr almost to Wheatfield location and the guy there refuses to do the return says it was marked down and since it was make it clearance and all sales final. Nowhere on my receipt does it state it was a clearance item nor was I told that when I bought it. This is not the first issue I've had with this place... read more

Wet Vapes in the Eastern Hills is the only place I will go the guys there are awesome 10/10, however I went to transit location and was treated very poorly by an Asian girl I'd never sen there before. I purchased a snow wolf 200 watt asmodus edition and a lost vape esquare at this location. I also purchased 4 18650 batteries and some juice to the tune of 350 bucks. After driving home (1 hour away) I open my snow wolf to see it is not the asmodus edition at all but the standard version after verifying with the sales rep before I left that it was in fact the limited addition. Also the batteries I was sold were LG HE4 18650 which according to LG spec sheet are rated for 20000 ma (20 amp) with a little ohms law the snow wolf is capable of drawing well over 20 amps. With the batteries wired in series 20 amps is 20 amps. I probably won't vape at such a low resistance and high wattage but the fact is that it could happen and for a newbie or someone not doing some research it could be dangerous. Long story I know but I drove back another hour and confronted them about the battery situation and they swore at 30 amps I bit my lip because I try to avoid confrontation. They swapped the mod no problem and didnt seem sympathetic at all. So here I am venting in hopes someone will read this. Do your own research don't trust this shop. Vape what makes u happy. read more

There are so many vapor shops around here and I've been to most of them. Wet Vapes is my favorite one. Their store is neat and clean; they have some of the best prices around; their liquid is pretty good and they have a huge selection; the girl who has helped me the past few times I've been there is nice and knowledgeable. I've only bought one unit from them but I like it and it's been performing well. The key is to do your own research before purchasing. read more
