I went in and met with Joe. He recommended a light-weight Nautilus AIO unit. I explained I wanted something that would be small and easier to carry than my full-sized mod when I go walking. He suggested the Nautilus AIO. I got home and mentioned to my brother what I bought he said I was welcome to try his prior to using mine. I tried it and found it lacking. I had personal issues and could not make it back to his shop for 2 - 3 weeks. I ended up never using the device and wanted to trade it in for a different model. He said even though I didn't use it he doesn't accept returns because "HE OPENED IT". This was not relayed to me when I purchased it. Needless to say I won't buy anything from here again. In addition he also charged me over double what it was worth. This item is all over the place for under $25. He charged me $54 with the tax. I find his tactics sleazy. I suggest you don't buy anything from this place until you know what you are buying. Scumbags like this give vape shops a bad name. read more

Absurdly expensive..and the customer service really sucks. My friend purchased an e-cigarette from there and it stopped charging after 3 weeks. When he took it back to them they had absolutely no desire to help figure out what was wrong with it and simply told him to send it back to the manufacturer. Not only that....the cost of their juice is overpriced. I spend 19$ for 60ml of juice at my favorite vape store called VIP in Cheektowaga...Absolute Vapor charges 60$ for the same amount of juice..competely insane! Super friendly staff, the owner is very knowledgeable and always willing to help! The juice is by far the best in town. More pricey than a lot of other places, but you get what you pay for. I had to go to another shop on a sunday because I ran out of juice, and Absolute was closed, I paid half the price for the juice, but it was terrible. They have an online ordering system which is great for a quick in and out during lunch. Would be nice if they had some kind of deals every so often, and marketed a bit more. But again, I wont go anywhere else for my juice. read more

This store is great. They even stayed late for me when I showed up at the last minute. I have had a lot of problems since I started vaping which always had me back smoking. Of course, I don't really know a lot. Anyway, I went in for a coil and the owner came out and started explaining that my tank was old an just not efficient. I felt really silly and a little embarrassed at my lack of knowledge but he was super nice. Part of me thought he was trying to make a sale but he seemed genuine because he wasn't pushing a sale. Just giving suggestions. Anyway, I bought the tank he suggested and I'm so glad I did. What a difference. And he took the time to fill my tank for me, tell me some tips, and set my voltage. They definitely provide a nice clean juice but in all honesty, there prices are high, they offer no kind of deals, so to all customers I would recommend trying natural vapors in southgate plaza until this business appreciates their customers. The juice is great and exactly the same as natural vapor but when your paying 10$ more on a 50 ml bottle it's worth trying other places. If your not sure on what exact juices you want to try natural vapors has by 2 12mil and get a 3rd free for under 20$, that deal alone alone allows you to try new flavors and see if the juice is a different quality. Both spots do not stock a premium juice from somewhere else since they make it but also natural vapor has a app for your phone for every 15$ dollar spent, after 5 you get a free 10 ml bottle.
