Im not blaming him im blaming the owner for having one guy working 70hours a week there, of course hes going to be late. No one can keep that schedule up. The guy working was really helpful despite me being annoying!! He steered me to these great cookies. Makes me feel chill. This is the flagship store which is obvious. The staff were so incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, informative, made suggestion(which were dead on perfect), gave a club house tour, and were talkative. I felt at home there and it was a very calm classy vibe so we ended up buying more cigars, a lighter, and lounging. If you follow me I've been to every cigar bar in Pittsburgh and about 10 in NYC. This was the most welcoming, chill, and clean out of them all. A major reason why I'm considering joining the club is the outdoor garden with a patio, grill, bar, games.... and the amazing club tour. Fresh paint, new floor, wide open space with some genuinely fun and exciting products. I had to contain my urge to randomly splurge. The place is set up like a typical bar and has a couple large screen tv's with your server being a type of juice man who caters to your vape needs. Pretty cool place to hang out. I came 5mins before close so didn't inquire, but I wonder if they serve beverages or even food. They def could. I'd hang there. Also, it would be super cool with all that space to see some old 80's arcade games. There was a pool table and some construction stuff laying around as well as some unhung artwork, so renovations are happening. All in all a cool visit. The attendant was helpful and quick.
