WORST SMOKE SHOP IN BUFFALO!! Today I went to Oasis and decided to try a new smoke shop. I went in looking to buy a THC cart and upon talking with the worker, he said he would give me a deal of 2 for the price of one since it was my first time shopping there. I was grateful for this, purchased the cartridges and took them out to my car. Once in my car i realized there was nothing in the cartridge containers. Assuming these were samples and i was accidentally handed the wrong ones I went back inside to explain this to the worker. After explaining this i was told there was nothing the worker could do as he was now under the assumption I had taken the cartridges out of the container and brought two empties in trying to scam them. I repeatedly explained the situation and tried to plead with the worker and he did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Since i was tired and at the end of a long day i wound up buying a new cart just so I could leave and go home not empty handed. This is utter disrespect and poor business practice. The stoner who was running the place should be fired considering he can't even keep track of what he is handing to customers and better yet does nothing to make things right when he screwed up. I have never lived or worked outside of the city so when I took a new job by the airport I spent the first month feeling really stranded. Then I started getting acclimated and found this place! They have more selection and variety of products than any other smoke / vape shop I have ever been to. Cbd, vape stuff, Kratom, glass, etc. is always in stock in tons of different variations. I spend most of my day at my desk and it kills my back. There is a specific type of Kratom that helps with that a lot. So much so that I haven't touched the narcotics my doctor prescribed years ago since finding it and I haven't even taken an ibuprofen. A lot of places don't carry the exact strain or brand that works for me, but oasis does. They also carry it in sizes I didn't even know existed and sell everything at prices far lower than anywhere else I have been. Additionally they open at nine, while everywhere else opens between 10-noon, which is super convenient. I've always only interacted with one staff member there during the several visits I have made but he is friendly, knowledgeable, and I always literally leave smiling because whether it's true or not he acts like he is at his absolute dream job. I got a product at Oasis2 that had a bad part that went after a day. I was very bummed I had people come to try it and it didn't work and was intending to take it to a Playoff party. Oasis2 lacked the part, they had sold out, but contacted oasis on union and worked out getting me set up. Between both stores they did a great maintain fix and got it working. When it appeared it might be more than just the part, they were going to replace it right there. It makes you feel confident about buying and making bigger purchases when they take care of you like both oasis2 and Oasis do. Definately will make future upgrade buys with them. read more

Bought 3 Delta 8 Cake Disposable Cartridges from Oasis Smoke Shop at 4212 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14225. I bought the first one and tried it. I would estimate that about half of the cartridge leaked through the vape hole (the part that goes in your mouth). So I vaped half of the Cake Delta 8 and and swallowed the rest. I figured this was maybe just a defective product that I purchased from Oasis Smoke Shop at 4212 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14225 . I still liked the product and thought that I could just buy a replacement and it would work great. I mean, What are the chances I would get 2 defective cartridges in a row, right??? I should also point out that I am in a state that is about to Ban Delta 8 products. So when I went to buy another cartridge from Oasis Smoke Shop at 4212 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY , I figured, "I'll grab 2 of them" Right, why not? Use the next cartridge (the 2nd). Works well for a day. Then it starts clogging and backflowing the wax into the user's (my) mouth. It's not the most pleasant experience to eat the Hemp Oil, but we are also talking dew drop sized pieces of oil/wax. This a pretty significant part of the oil/wax that you paid $39.99 for, or as one of the clerks of the Oasis Smoke Shop at 4212 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY, told me "they charge $80 for this in the dispensary"(Bullshit, they would not sell this crap product at a licensed dispensary). Even at 40, bucks, pulling out and wasting bead sized pieces of oil/wax was a joke. Not to mention, you do not want to even vape in front of others because the oil/wax spewing out of the vape pen makes the mouth piece look gross. So, that "Disposable Vape", also ran out in about 5 days. Try the last Cake Vape that I bought from Oasis Smoke Shop at 4212 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY. It didn't even work. Nice. Something with the sensor that it could not detect I was vaping and turn on the heat source. I You Tubed how to fix it and tried, but still it works intermittently and leaks. Every vape I take, I get a dew drop sized piece of wax come through the vape hole. I bought 3 cartridges at Oasis Smoke Shop at 4212 Union Road (it's in a plaza) Cheektowaga, NY 14225, and all 3 were defective. Was, I the only customer? Probably not, right? I mean getting 3 out of 3 out of a random sample is pretty rare, right? Oasis Smoke Shop at 4212 Union Road, Cheektowaga, 14225 has had to know these products were defective, yet kept selling them. I wonder what other products they sell that do not perform as advertised. Oasis Smoke Shop, located at 4212 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14225 sells counterfeit products and they are scumbags. They do not carry support products for the items they carry. Do not buy vape pens from them. They screw you out of money for top of the line pens and do not carry the replacement cartridges even though the owner swore they did at time of purchase. Will never shop there again. read more
