WORST SMOKE SHOP IN BUFFALO!!…read more Today I went to Oasis and decided to try a new smoke shop. I went in looking to buy a THC cart and upon talking with the worker, he said he would give me a deal of 2 for the price of one since it was my first time shopping there. I was grateful for this, purchased the cartridges and took them out to my car. Once in my car i realized there was nothing in the cartridge containers. Assuming these were samples and i was accidentally handed the wrong ones I went back inside to explain this to the worker. After explaining this i was told there was nothing the worker could do as he was now under the assumption I had taken the cartridges out of the container and brought two empties in trying to scam them. I repeatedly explained the situation and tried to plead with the worker and he did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Since i was tired and at the end of a long day i wound up buying a new cart just so I could leave and go home not empty handed. This is utter disrespect and poor business practice. The stoner who was running the place should be fired considering he can't even keep track of what he is handing to customers and better yet does nothing to make things right when he screwed up. Utter disgrace Fuck oasis!

I got a product at Oasis2 that had a bad part that went after a day. I was very bummed I had…read morepeople come to try it and it didn't work and was intending to take it to a Playoff party. Oasis2 lacked the part, they had sold out, but contacted oasis on union and worked out getting me set up. Between both stores they did a great maintain fix and got it working. When it appeared it might be more than just the part, they were going to replace it right there. It makes you feel confident about buying and making bigger purchases when they take care of you like both oasis2 and Oasis do. Definately will make future upgrade buys with them.
