The staff gathered the details of the gift intention and broke down all the considerations from mildness to country of origin and how to trim the cigar for use and how to enjoy. I ended up buying six individual El Rey Del Mundo cigars that they encased in a separate cigar box and loaded it with matchboxes and included the cap cutter. I had such a lovely experience and hope my family enjoys the tradition of celebrating the joining of families with a cigar!

Even AFTER asking how long they've been sitting in the back room. Which is all a lie. I used to go there every week for my vapes but this experience rubbed me the wrong way. Like you see my face EVERY WEEK but yet you still try to scam me.

I like the fun 'cloud' decor that hangs down from the ceiling, it is cute. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It'd be cool if they had an inventory of their flavors available online; it'd be nice to read up on the flavors ahead of time so that I could head to the store with a few choices in mind. I wish they sold SMOK brand replacement coils, the 0.15mhm size that comes in a 5-pack. They're getting harder & harder to find online, and I suspect that a business may have more opportunities to order them than an individual would, sort of how hair salons can easily bulk-order designer shampoo but a customer would not be able to direct from the manufacturer.

However, the kit I bought was crazy overpriced in comparison to how much it is literally everywhere else I've gone (just an observation, I still bought it and didn't complain...in person ), and last but certainly not least.....in the midst of a pandemic, it would seem appropriate to me that the staff wear a mask over both their mouth AND their nose, no? Made me super uncomfortable- entire nose was uncovered like that mask was doing anything at all. Unfortunately even in a tough spot, I probably won't be back here.

They were out of sample packs, didn't mention the lounge until I asked him if it was even open, and made zero mention of the club. I didn't even ask about club details because it wasn't the vibe I wanted to hang out in and spend money at with the welcome I got. He called another club for me to see if they had sample packs, was short with me, and was kind of like "be on your way so I can go back to whatever's going on with these girls" attitude.
