I recently came down with an auto immune disease, which has completely turned my life upside down for the worst The manager/co-owner suggested that in between specialist and waiting for pain management, that I take their products with kratom for pain. My husband is a retired federal agent as well as a combat veteran who has done five tours in the early 2000s in Iraq These people pretended to be our friends to help us, to be there for us, but instead these people charged us 40% more than what their products actually cost. They advised that we pay in cash otherwise they charge us a fee. They have ATM in the store so obviously we did as we were told because we thought we would be saving money but what these people did was rang up the products for the actual cost and pocketed the remaining 40% of our money into their own pockets. We have spent over $10,000 in this establishment in the last four months they have stolen 40% of that do the math that is an evil horrendous crime, especially from people who are pretending to care about you and help you. This has happened from employees all the way up to management. I am appalled by these actions not only do I recommend that you never step foot into the Fredonia store, but stay clear from all employees and management that are playing this scheme. They are heartless liars and only care about themselves and will do and say anything to better themselves. I have contacted corporate, as well as as the Fredonia police department. We will be prosecuting to the full extent.
