Save yourself a headache and find a more reputable company to replace your roof…read more Following a hail storm, PACC Solutions came to inspect the roof and stated there was damage and that insurance would likely cover a whole roof replacement. Kostas was the one who was going door-to-door. I had inquired about my $2K deductible and Kostas told me not to worry about it, they will cover my deductible for me. With that information, which I should've gotten in writing, I signed an agreement to have PACC Solutions contact my house insurance and start the process for a roof replacement. In the meantime, I was given contact information for Claudia who would be managing my roof project. It became almost impossible to get an update or receive a text back from Claudia. Would have to send texts, copy & pasted, multiple times a day for many days to get an answer. Then came time to decide on shingle colors and gutters. Wydler, part of the design team, came to show me the options and told me I owe my first half of my deductible now. I was confused and let him know Kostas had said they will cover my deductible for me and it wasn't something I should worry about. Wydler said it is illegal to offer to cover a deductible and that Kostas has been told multiple times in the past that he isn't supposed to promise that. Wydler said he has had many people tell him Kostas has promised to cover the deductible despite knowing it's illegal. I ended up paying my first half of my deductible that day. Roof was completed on 6/8/2026, there were lifted shingles through the entire back of the house and nails sticking out underneath them, so I reached out on 6/12/26 with my concerns. They scheduled for repairs to be completed on 6/16/26, sent over a confirmation which I agreed to. The weather continued with storms and rain throughout the summer. On 7/31/26, during a rainstorm, I woke up to the sound of dripping water in my kitchen. Water was coming through my kitchen cabinets, the ceiling, and onto the floor. They sent another technician, Anthony, on 8/4/26 who got up on the roof and discovered the issue. He pointed out a roof hook that has cables running from the power lines to my house, and said that's where the water is coming through. He stated the old bolt holes were not filled in prior to re-shingling my roof and that's why water was coming in. He said this is a common issue that they often miss. I asked why this doesn't get checked if they commonly miss this issue but did not get a direct answer, only an apology. Following this, the kitchen in my ceiling began ripping open until the drywall underneath was exposed. They sent their interior team on 8/19/26 with Felipe who then told me that this is such a simple fix, they will scrape the paint, sand it down, and repaint that area. PACC Solutions professional opinion to fix my ceiling after all that rain through the roof, through the attic, through the kitchen ceiling was to scrape & paint. I'm not sure if they thought because I am a woman, I wouldn't know better, it certainly felt like it. Thankfully, prior to this conversation and Felipe's solution, I had my uncle check out the damage. I had picture evidence of wet joists in the attic and wet insulation. I stood my ground and told Felipe this needs to have the drywall cut out & replaced, then sanding and painting, and finally replacing the insulation in the attic. He was very surprised when I asked for more than his solution. He finally agreed and we set a date. The kitchen ceiling repair started on 8/25/26 and on 8/27/26 another worker was to come and finish sanding, paint the ceiling, and replace the insulation. I knew not to trust PACC Solutions anymore, so when he said he was done, I went up to the attic myself to ensure insulation was added. It was not added. I used google translate to communicate with the worker that insulation was not added, he was adamant that it was. He got on the phone and called Felipe, who was not on site, who then tried to convince me that they added insulation, but I won't be able to tell because they used identical insulation. He would not listen to me saying that there are empty spots where insulation was removed but not replaced. He insisted I just can't tell the difference. After work, when I had more time, I went back up to the attic, into the spot and took pictures of the lack of insulation. Felipe then texts me saying, he sees it now, that previous worker must've had a heat stroke and didn't realize the insulation wasn't replaced. It seemed that they weren't expecting a woman to stand up for herself and tried to make excuses until they were presented with physical evidence.

Their referral program could be stronger. Don't hesitate to ask them about it! Overall: It was a great and painless experience. I was so worried, but their customer service was fantastic and it helped a lot to reduce my blood pressure :). I would definitely recommend them! Details: Claudia came to our rescue from nowhere. I was very skeptical in the beginning, but she was professional and knowledgeable, so I decided to give it a try. We signed a PA agreement and surprisingly everything went very fast. Proliance did all the work: negotiated with my Insurance to ensure I did not pay from my pocket too much, got permits, brought roofers and fixed gutters. All that was well coordinated and at every moment I knew what is going on. For example, Kim (from Customer Service) called me when quota from Insurance arrived to inform about the next steps; Faraz (from Production) called me to schedule roof and gutters repairs. Claudia was a charm - answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They also gave me a gift card for my neighbor referral (after I asked about referral program). The whole process took less than 3 weeks without a headache and minimum involvement from my side + a gift card (as a bonus). What can be better?

Home owner of home i rent had me reach out to contractors to get estimates and after calling Proliance, first thing i did was state that the HOME owner has me calling around to get esitmates for rood damage. So after calling Proliance on our First initial visit we set up, that was cancelled due to guys car not starting in the morning, Than after receiving him on 2nd appointment he left without leaving me the estimate so that i can provide home owner with, but had me sign a keypad stating that it was only stating that he showed up and given permission to contact home owners insurance to discuss damages. While still waiting on estimate we come to find out that it wasnt covering entire siding of home so the home owner wanted to get an estimate for the entire siding and After 4 other missed appointments, and again home owner coming here and waiting for them and still not receiving an estimate the home owner moved on. I got 3 phone calls within a 2 week span from 3 managers of Proliance after all this mess trying to apologize and that there is a guy around the corner that can come now, but i told them the home owner moved on after they failed to show up on 4 missed appointments. Now the owner of Proliance after apologizing multiple times turns around and says "you signed a contract and well you owe us 10% and if you dont pay us I'm going to go after you and put this in collection". I told her i am not the owner or this home. and I never signed a contract, never looked at paper work, never saw estimates, i wasn't the owner and have no legal right to be making these decisions, she still said "i don't care, you signed a contract, you owe us". WOW, This is crazy for a company like this to be threatening people especially after they broke the contract by never showing up to any appointments and or providing anything to the homeowner than going after the renter. Just contacted a lawyer about this and he put me at ease and will be waiting to see what comes of this.

I have called at least 6 roofers, two never showed up for estimates, a couple didn't return calls. Mark returned my call promptly and had me send over the inspection report. He contacted me less than 24 hours later and able to tell us about how old our roof is and the life expectancy. Quoted us a fair price and assured us unless something comes up, it is not something that needs to be done tomorrow. He was patient and thorough with our questions and I feel confident the work would match. In the near future, we will be using Niego Brothers Roofing.

Friday Night my kitchen sink backed up. Black sewage came back when I used the plunger to correct…read morethe problem. It took hours for the water to go down. I have had this problem before, and over weeks of putting soap, bleach, and plunging, the drainage would return to normal. This time I wanted a plumber to come out because I didn't want to mess with it for so long. So I called around and found Sullivan's Plumbing and Heating from Berwyn. They tried snaking the line but couldn't get the snake to turn 90 degrees from the down pipe that comes from the sink and into the basement. They had to go into the crawlspace and take a cap off of a pipe and continue snaking from there. Then at the other end of this pipe at the other end of the house, they drilled a hole so they could make it into a Y connection. The guy doing the drilling and snaking got sprayed with black sewage. It went all over where he was working! At the site where he drilled the hole, black sewage ran down the plastic pipe that is connected to the sump pump. It looked like it was something living from the X-Files. This guy busted his ass, and finally, after they thought they might not get it, at least his partner wasn't sure, but the guy drilling seemed optimistic when he was cleaning the Y joint. He said, "Your problem is right here," pointing to the Y Joint. Since rodding everything else didn't fix the problem. He was right. Thankfully. The next thing you know, after they were working for over [[[3]]] hours, the water finally went down. One guy thought the long pipe was going to have to be replaced with PVC. When they gave me the bill, it was only $300! This was for the weekend after that guy busted his ass! So if you want a determined crew to help you out in your hour of plumbing need, call Sullivan's at 708.795.0700. They were polite and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. I am glad that's over!

We resently had hail storms and they came and I entertained them because I don't have any idea what to look for as far as roof issues, so the guy insisted to go up to the roof and inspect and then he came down and showed me pictures, lots of them with red circles telling me those are the damages that hail causes he assured me that my insurance will cover and I have to contact my insurance for inspection which I did, I doubted anything he says since I don't hear anyone in my neighborhood complaining about damages infact none in my neighborhood had any issues, he also told me my neighbor down the road-(he gave me the address)also had damage that they are tending which I found out it is not true and I told this roofing guy that it is not true. So the insurance adjuster came along, the roofing company wants to be here as well so they can point out the issues, I was told that they don't have any doubts that this claim can be denied as I have more damages than the other customers they had that was approved. Adjuster denied all the claims and no hail damage noted. This roofing company still insisted hail damages are visible. So they wanted to come up again and inspect, that's already been inspected 3 times. He wanted to appeal and resubmit additional pictures to my insurance. Before he come up to check the roof I talked to this guy and told him about the denial of the claim and the reason why, when he came down he told me the adjuster is right, no visible damages on my roof????? I mean, where are the red circles they've been showing me earlier?? this is a straight up lies and deception!!! But I am so glad I don't have any damages on my roof but why lie to me straight in my eyes. Oh my God. Talking about trust here. 3 people from this roofing company lied to me and the sad part is their manager came here too and saying the same thing.
