When I found this place and found they're open till 1 AM, I knew I found a godsend. Every single cupcake place bakery, cookie place, ice cream place and everything in between closes at usually 5 PM on weekends and 7 or 8 PM on weekdays, as theres zero nightlife in this entire area of CA. Just the fact that they are open as late as they are, long past all other businesses that aren't bars and clubs, makes this place a godsend! On top of it, they're cookies are insane! I just wish they had more options. Both times I've gone I'm looking for more flavor options and there just aren't any. How about Strawberry cheesecake, Mexican chocolate, butterscotch chip, cinnamon chip, Lemon with wht chocolate chips, toffee and chocolate chunk? I literally could go on and on with flvor options. When I'm looking at their menu I have 20 flavor options in my head that would make sense for them to have but they don't. But what I've had, and I've had most of the menu except for the vegan options and the bar cookies, because they've been out each time or bar cookies, have been incredible and I've ordered everything twice now that I got the 1st time. The cookies, unless you get Deluxe, are about twice the size of a chip's A Hoy, but smaller than what you would get at almost any other cookie place and they are not cheap! You can smell the intense and incredible smell of cookies being baked as soon as you walk in though, and if the dough has ever been frozen you can't tell, unlike some of these idiots and other reviews have claimed. They're just lying or stupid. I use frozen dough at home when I'm making cookies and my house does not smell intoxicating like this place does when you walk in! you only get that smell from fresh! The next best thing is they serve you the cookie's warm! I've never been to any cookie place where they serve them warm unless you just happen to walk in after they put them in the display case, like Mrs. Fields. My only reason not giving the 5 stars is because the size of the regular cookies for a dozen is astronomical! This is a college town, and people can't afford stuff like that, so I've only gone twice in one week as a fluke. Unfortunately, probably won't be there for many months because their cookies are too small for the price, so have to get a dozen, but you don't get much for the money. Each of those cookies should be about 75 cents not $2.50! The deluxe size should just be their normal size, and they charge a whopping $4.50 each! Shocking price for what is a standard sized cookies at literally any cookie shop we've ever been to, and twice the price at Insomnia. Nevertheless, we are very glad they are here, hope they have a better selection soon, and hope they lower their prices or make the deluxe size the standard size, down the road, and charge $2.50 for those. Still would be too expensive, but much more logical. Only go here at night, since parking and driving in downtown Chico is misery. It's like a tiny cramped Market street in San Francisco here! Hopefully they'll open a location in a less horrible to drive part of a chico, which is literally anywhere else in chico!

They are priced alittle too high for the area ( 3 very small cookies for 10 bucks). I got a cookie with banana flavor topped with brown sugar for 5 bucks. The cookie was pretty good but I am not big on sweets and so for the price of one cookie ...well it's not for me. Nice packaging in a pink box.
