Pros: - Food is well made with attention to detail - App and website ordering - Deals that are meaningful, good value - Employees are friendly and customer focused - Parking lot in the rear of the building Cons: - Odd location I've ordered from Westside Pizza several times now, and the experience has been consistent: good deals, well-made food, and wonderful staff. This pizzeria seems to be family owned as it's always the same employees working there when i visit including a man that genuinely cares about your experience and wants you to return. The pizza is unique, it's not quite a deep dish but thicker than a standard pizza crust. Toppings go all the way to the edge. The taste is somewhat buttery, and they have a proprietary spice and cheese blend that is sprinkled on top and really adds to the overall flavor. Cheese sticks are similar to Papa John's or Mountain Mike's in that you get a pizza cut into sticks with a dipping sauce. Their location, although seemingly good for delivery orders with being close to downtown and the student areas, is out of place and it's easy to miss the pizzeria completely when driving by. Fantastic calzone - more that than stuffed to the gilsbut sooo delicious with this seasoned sprinkle topping, great pasta - the creamy pesto with chicken this visit was really good and a good garden salad. I know I'm doing it again for God sake's. I reviewed them. I think this is my third time. I don't know what it is about the OG Westside Pizza, but I think it's the combination of the crunchy bell peppers and the mushrooms. Oh God it's so good. I don't know what it is but anyway I just wanted to tell you it's really good and please give them a try please please please give them a try. I called them tonight. It's Saturday. They said they weren't busy so give them some love. They honestly do have one of the best pizzas in town. This is a top class operation! When I called them on the phone, one of the owners gave me a tip to use a coupon code (that she gave me) when I ordered on the website. I input my email address and phone number to get notified when my order was ready. I was stunned when my custom ordered pizza was ready after 10 minutes. I believe it was ready seven minutes ahead of the predicted time. The pizza had fantastic flavors, was cooked just the way I like it, with a healthy amount of toppings and they had great customer service, I couldn't be happier, and they have gained a new customer for life. read more

Got it delivered with DoorDash. Arrived hot and fresh! Their pizza is tasty and unique! It's a pan pizza so you get a nice thick crust but it's not heavy, it's very light and fluffy! The edges have a nice crisp. Flavor is great and well balanced. The only suggestion I'd make is maybe a tad more sauce, some slices didn't have hardly any but it was still good! I got a medium pizza, a large salad, and 12 bone-in wings for literally $25, which is such a good deal. I just wanted to leave this review to let everyone know that this is some of the best pizza and wings I've ever had in my life. The crust is genuinely so good and has the perfect crunch while being extremely light and airy. The wings have such a flavorful and unique seasoning on them which made me write this review. The customer service was so good and they were genuinely so nice. Highly recommend. Best pizza in Chico in my opinion and they deserve so many more customers!!!!!!! Excellent service and pizza! I called in today to ask if they sold individual slices. They said they didn't have any available but would made some for me. They only asked for my name over the phone and gave me a short time estimate for when it would be ready. When I arrived, they had it ready for me.
