I try it once or twice a year only because other people order it. The small pepperonis are spicy and hard. Always taste burnt. The mozzarella sticks will leave you sick every single time. Chef's Salad: just google it, folks. $8 for corned up bag of iceberg salad (including old lettuce bits) was disappointing. Your staff was very nice and even acknowledged that it should be called a garden or side salad, but darn it. Also tried the wings. Very cool that they were naked (THANK YOU for a breading free option), but I will say the buffalo hit on them was pretty weak. And they were the tiniest wings I have ever seen. What a shit show lately! This place has good pizza when it hasn't been sitting for 2 hours to deliver but that's about it! The management is destroying it and the staff I know are miserable working there when they used to love it. The temporary manager prioritizes making pizzas for people who come in the restaurant rather than taking orders as they come in and now delivery times are over 2 1/2 hours!! Ridiculous and they are short staffed so ordering in the restaurant takes over and hour as well. The part that angers me the most, is how they treat their staff. We don't eat pizza often but I always remember Mt Mike's as having the best pizza around - and the longest wait times! I ordered tonight at 6pm (on a rainy Friday, no less). I ordered online and the checkout said it would take an hour. I kept waiting for the email confirmation but instead, I saw the delivery driver. After 25 minutes! Amazing!! I rarely give five stars but I felt last nights experience warranted a five star review. My wife and I went down to Mt Mike's for a pizza and a couple of beers to end our week, we ordered the Snowy Alps and each got a beer, we also stipulate a crispy crust. While waiting for our order we noticed how great and efficient the staff was, once our pizza arrived it was cooked to perfection and boy it was good, the girl at the counter would come by to see if everything was alright. Hats off to the whole Mt Mike's team for providing us with a fantastic experience, and the management for hiring and training these wonderful people. read more

Been going to and ordering delivery from Mountain Mikes decades. Always great pizza until recently. Last two orders were very disappointing. About two months ago we ordered the chicken club. I LIKE bacon but the strong smoke of the bacon ruined the pizza for me. This time I went mainstream, sausage pizza, extra cheese. There was plenty of cheese and sausage, but the cheese was so uneven, a glob in one area and other areas with no cheese at all. The Pizza is very good and the choices are plentiful. The salad bar is average and they have good salad dressing. We shared a large Canadian Bacon and Pineapple pizza and my kids had a mini cheese. Everyone in our party agreed it was tasty. The pizza's going out of the kitchen all looked delicious. Being a Venetian Italian, that's lived most of her life in San Francisco, I must first admit that I'm pretty fussy about my pizza. Having ordered three, I can say that M.M's pizzas are definitely the American version of what the traditional pie has become. I miss the olive oil, Italian seasonings, and, in many cases, the real mozzarella cheese that once characterized "the real thing?!! (Sun-dried tomatoes are a nice Italian touch, but using diced fresh tomatoes creates a watery abomination that resembles a salad sitting atop a soggy crust.) That said, with a little research and creativity,, it IS possible to find the mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, mushrooms, sliced olives and garlic on M.M.'s menu, that, when combined, deliver a pretty good, somewhat traditional, pie. (You'll have to add your own Italian seasoning and drizzle of olive oil.) What's more, it is delivered hot and on-time by an enthusiastic delivery person with a friendly smile! Table was dirty I had to asked for the rag to clean. The rag was brown. Son in-law ordered wings he bit into one and it was raw. He took it back and the kid put them in the oven and FINALLY brought them. When asked if he put them in the oven he said yes, we told him he had eaten out of one. Ugh! He just walk away.
