Omg! I just got my favorite Mountain Mike's pizza, The Everest, at a different location hundreds of miles from Paradise and I can honestly say it was very disappointing. It was also $4 more than what I usually pay at home. As soon as I picked up the box to leave I had to open the lid to make sure it was mine because it was so light. Paradise pizza is extremely heavy and piled high with so many ingredients you can't even see the crust underneath! I actually took a picture to show my driver when they deliver my next pizza in Paradise. As an Applebee's franchise manager I know there is spec for each menu item and after looking at the online pictures I'm pretty sure the Paradise location isn't scrimping. The other one I went to is definitely cutting cost by using less. Very disappointing. Kudos Mountain Mike's in Paradise! You guys rock!! read more

great pizza l! great toppings! great service! all around great quality service and pepperoni

Always fabulous fresh ingredients, best ranch and customer service,my family loves coming here!

Greasy tasteless pizza. Will not be back. I don't think they can improve. Even the sodas were flat. Sorry.

Never again. Can't keep their phones working. If you have a problem, the customer is always wrong. After many decades, the taste of their pizza has changed for the worse. Hope they try to sue me for this honest review. read more

All pizzas, sandwiches & salads! Great service & most times gives coupons to us! Right in our own neighborhood too! read more

I try it once or twice a year only because other people order it. The small pepperonis are spicy and hard. Always taste burnt. The mozzarella sticks will leave you sick every single time. The prices are gross compared to the quality and taste of their food. The only good pizza from here is the robbers roost with garlic white sauce. I can't eat anything else. Iv left the review Brittany. There is nothing more to be said. My entire friends and family feel the same way. read more

Horrible pizza but good delivery...local wildlife will have to finish poorlist pizza I have ever eaten. This used to be a good place up until about 2008....now a sorry attempt at a product. read more

Can't go wrong with Mountain Mike's pizza----it's consistent and what I like is that it always tastes good the next day. Delivery was fast ----they told me over an hour and yet got there in 1/2 that time ----never disappointed with their pizza and service! read more

Chef's Salad: just google it, folks. $8 for corned up bag of iceberg salad (including old lettuce bits) was disappointing. Your staff was very nice and even acknowledged that it should be called a garden or side salad, but darn it. Also tried the wings. Very cool that they were naked (THANK YOU for a breading free option), but I will say the buffalo hit on them was pretty weak. And they were the tiniest wings I have ever seen. Points for great staff/cleanliness/naked wings. read more

Love the food - my staff love it too. So it's a win-win every time. Can't recommend this place enough!

If you want to pay an arm and a leg for pizza only for it to be delivered 3 hours later by a 19 year old who steals $15 in change after delivering your pizza cold, order from Mountain Mikes in Paradise. Like most other places, the quality of product and customer service is astronomically more terrible than it was 15+ years ago, except it cost 300% more than it used to. read more

Great food, great service, clean restaurant. Compared to the location in my hometown, this is sooooo much better in every way.

What a shit show lately! This place has good pizza when it hasn't been sitting for 2 hours to deliver but that's about it! The management is destroying it and the staff I know are miserable working there when they used to love it. The temporary manager prioritizes making pizzas for people who come in the restaurant rather than taking orders as they come in and now delivery times are over 2 1/2 hours!! Ridiculous and they are short staffed so ordering in the restaurant takes over and hour as well. The part that angers me the most, is how they treat their staff. It's a true reflection of a good business when you take care of your employees. read more

They have good service but they are frequently out of adult beverages! Also the quarter machines never work and the kids get wild! Love the food and the staff! read more

Mr Mike's was one of the first businesses to return post-fire and I know we certainly appreciated it! We don't eat pizza often but I always remember Mt Mike's as having the best pizza around - and the longest wait times! I ordered tonight at 6pm (on a rainy Friday, no less). I ordered online and the checkout said it would take an hour. I kept waiting for the email confirmation but instead, I saw the delivery driver. After 25 minutes! Amazing!! The food was very hot and excellent. Well done, Mt Mike's. Well done. read more

Great quality pizza and service!! It was not overly greasy. I'm not sure who helped us but she was lovely and helpful when we picked up the pizza. read more

Best Pizza chain on the ridge. They have it dialed down to a science, even though we are in Magalia they always deliver and their customer service is excellent! Appreciate that they have contactless delivery. We always tip well because they do a great job. Wings, pizza and other sides are always cooked perfectly. Yum! Keep up the great work! You're our go to for take out nights. read more

An old favourite in our area. I have enjoyed their pizza for many years. I have recently discovered their delicious calzones! The customer service is excellent and the food is fresh and tasty! They are the go to place for pizza as far as I am concerned! Love these guys! read more

I rarely give five stars but I felt last nights experience warranted a five star review. My wife and I went down to Mt Mike's for a pizza and a couple of beers to end our week, we ordered the Snowy Alps and each got a beer, we also stipulate a crispy crust. While waiting for our order we noticed how great and efficient the staff was, once our pizza arrived it was cooked to perfection and boy it was good, the girl at the counter would come by to see if everything was alright. Hats off to the whole Mt Mike's team for providing us with a fantastic experience, and the management for hiring and training these wonderful people. read more

Been going to and ordering delivery from Mountain Mikes decades. Always great pizza until recently. Last two orders were very disappointing. About two months ago we ordered the chicken club. I LIKE bacon but the strong smoke of the bacon ruined the pizza for me. This time I went mainstream, sausage pizza, extra cheese. There was plenty of cheese and sausage, but the cheese was so uneven, a glob in one area and other areas with no cheese at all. So disappointing We have always loved Mountain Mikes till now. read more

Great pizza gives back to the community! Locally owned for over 30 years! Great owner ! Glad you are back open! Best Pizza !

Not the best pizza. It is decent, and they have an all you can eat Wednesday nights. Unfortunately Wednesday nights seems to be when they get rid of the weird stuff. Pickles, olives, and bacon on BBQ sauce is wrong, just wrong. Also communication is an issue it seems here, but a decent pizza if you want it. read more

Yummy! I believe my cousin ordered the thin crust, white sauce with pineapple, sausage and pepperoni on one side, minus the pineapple (for me) on the other side. The only negative is that they don't give you any ranch. They charge you $0.50 for a tiny little container. read more

Ordered medium with pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions. To say the least it was Over priced and soggy pizza! the jalapeño poppers are a joke. Only get like 6 of them and taste like freezer burn. Everything taste like it was frozen nothing fresh. Their large soda is like medium size. read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza - Yumm... Not - Pizza Near Me - Paradise, California

The Pizza is very good and the choices are plentiful. The salad bar is average and they have good salad dressing. We shared a large Canadian Bacon and Pineapple pizza and my kids had a mini cheese. Everyone in our party agreed it was tasty. The pizza's going out of the kitchen all looked delicious. The service is good and I was greeted and helped along by a nice young man who patiently walked me thru some choices even though they were busy. They have a few Arcade games to keep kids entertained. I did notice a party room that seemed large. The parking was ample within a shopping center. read more

Being a Venetian Italian, that's lived most of her life in San Francisco, I must first admit that I'm pretty fussy about my pizza. Having ordered three, I can say that M.M's pizzas are definitely the American version of what the traditional pie has become. I miss the olive oil, Italian seasonings, and, in many cases, the real mozzarella cheese that once characterized "the real thing?!! (Sun-dried tomatoes are a nice Italian touch, but using diced fresh tomatoes creates a watery abomination that resembles a salad sitting atop a soggy crust.) That said, with a little research and creativity,, it IS possible to find the mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, mushrooms, sliced olives and garlic on M.M.'s menu, that, when combined, deliver a pretty good, somewhat traditional, pie. (You'll have to add your own Italian seasoning and drizzle of olive oil.) What's more, it is delivered hot and on-time by an enthusiastic delivery person with a friendly smile! Try finding THAT in San Francisco!! read more

Excellent food. They deliver to Magalia, while Round Table doesn't. Web heads note: They use an app that is very user-friendly.

I love this pizza!!!! When we lived in 2 other places.. Lake Forest, Ca (who gave my Veteran a 25% discount) and Corona, Ca 10% as does this store here.. it's the same as senior discount..We would order this pizza anyway as the taste is amazing and the people at all three locations are so nice!!! Thank you for starting this wonderful pizza place here in Paradise read more

Excellent service from my telephone order to picking up my pizza. Good salad and great pizza. Thank you.

It's been 2 hrs since I placed my order. More calls came in and made the deliveries even later. Not a problem but if I would have known you were not keeping your word I would have chosen to pick up and had it an hour ago. Families make plans. We made plans based on the 1 hr to 1.20 minutes. Being this late and no call is just simply rude. The girl taking orders is super nice but a person should not have to wait this long. read more
