The 12 inch pizzas are really lacking in topping. There can only be one and a half tablespoons of topping on their peach arugula pizza. If you like expensive flavored bread, maybe those places for you, but if you like some meat on your pizza, it's not for you! read more

We are always happy with this establishment. There's been times where I order a veggie pizza for someone in the family and tell them no tomatoes. They repeated the order and got it right. When I called the store Barry was super rude about it and told me there was nothing he could do eventhough they took my money twice they still claimed they never received my order. We went to the Pizza Factory for lunch today. We decided on the buffet. It came with the salad bar, pizza, and our fountain drinks. The selection on the salad bar was great and the dressings were very good. There were several kinds of pizza to choose from. What really made the visit special is the employees. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They even asked if there were any special requests for pizza. We had taken pizza home to eat before and really liked the pizza, but we will be coming back for the buffet. read more

It's okay. Definitely not worth the price. You can buy crescent roll pizza crust and toppings and it will be similar. I got half garlic spinach, half garlic pesto and sun dried tomato. I also got a pepperoni and cheese. The garlic spinach was actually very tasty because they put tons of cheese and just the right amount of garlic. The sundried should have been diced. The full chunks became chewy. Also no bacon which I requested to be added. The pepperoni on the other pizza felt like it was out of the hormel package and the sauce is a little sweet. The cheesy bread stick twists are gross. Absolutely no garlic flavor and very doughy with little cheese . Overall not horrible. It just felt like everything lacked seasoning. They also forgot to give me my ranch and marinara that I purchased with the bad bread sticks Inside seems nice and clean. The feeling is sort of tense inside though. LOVE THIS PLACE! Family just had multiple pizzas. Chicken bacon ranch and the awesome combo. Amazing.

So we ordered using the APP, seamless and super easy. When we picked it up it was ready when we had it scheduled. Staff were very nice and helpful. The poor girl at the register was almost at wits end being first day open for business was having to tell people that it was a two hour wait, but was so relieved that I was a pre-order pickup. First time was great last week when they opened. Pepperoni Pizza had lots of cheese and the perfect amount of pepperoni. 2nd time we ordered last night and there was hardly any cheese, too much sauce!! The toppings and sauce stopped way too early so we had about an inch and half of just crust. Didn't taste great at all!! Hopefully they don't get all cheap and keep the quality good because the pizza certainly isn't cheap. Pretty disappointing this time. read more

noticed this was a new spot in town and wanted to try it for the first time. made an online order around 5pm and the email said it would be ready by 5:51pm. got to the restaurant around 6pm and one worker said that they were still working on it and that they would call out our name when it was ready. while waiting we noticed that none of the workers were wearing hairnets, gloves, or non-slip shoes. most of them had earbuds in and were cross contaminating the food by touching money, sunglasses on their head, keys on their belt loops, or phones in their pockets and then going back to making food. after 15min of waiting we asked if it was done and they said that they were just waiting on the pizza since it was given to someone else with a completely different name on the order. we got our breadsticks but they were already cold. after 30min of waiting, we asked if our pizza was done. the girl said that they were waiting for the breadsticks. we stated that we already got our breadsticks but they were cold since we had to wait for the pizza. the girl rudely gave us the pizza and said in a snarky tone "well here's your pizza" 10/10 do not recommend this place. read more
