I tend to follow a Paleo diet, but she has all types of meals, including vegan. Even more importantly, because I have a sweet tooth, I love that she makes the most amazing healthy treats. For the first time this week I tried her orange cranberry scones and thought they were delicious; not to mention that they were keto. Another favorite is her strawberry shortcake. It's made with whipped coconut cream so it's gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy free. Hard to believe it's so good. And I love her orange carrot muffins. I try to get a delivery to my home every Monday (she delivers in Chico) but I also check her out at the farmer's market. Her prices are very reasonable considering the quality (organic fruits and veggies, grass fed beef etc.) I also feel that the energy of the person cooking your meals is important, and Mary has lovely energy, always smiling, kind, flexible.
