Cashier insists on putting slices on top of one another inside the box when I get 2 slices to go. By the time I open the box to eat , the slices are melted together and the toppings get mashed together with the crust above. It's happened 3 times and it's during lunch. I'm a long time customer who's been coming here since I was a child, well before it was "Westside Pizza." I often bring or meet my family and friends here for food and conversation or to create new memories like during birthday parties and close gatherings. The atmosphere is inviting and you can see it on the kids faces when they're eating pizza whilst playing games at the real life arcade (that is upstairs in the dining area of the establishment). The establishment is always clean, staff always friendly and the food comes out fast. Their "Big Kahuna" and "Westside Pizza" are the families of our favorite pizzas. Twenty plus dollars for their smallest pie, which is a medium. I thought, well . . . Okay. That's high for a 14" pizza with ZERO TOPPINGS. So I looked on the wall for their size chart. On their counter it shows their smallest size, a medium, at TWELVE INCHES! I saw that and started rolling. Walked right out. Pie will be ordered at dominoes for 7.99. What an embarrassment. Didn't answer phone until the forth attempt went to voicemail with the mailbox being full. What legit company does this? Asked about our order that was 45 minutes late. Common response I have heard from them before was "there was a rush" and that's code for "someone didn't show up for their shift." Really feels like this place has management issues. read more

Great option for quick and easy pizza in Bainbridge Island. We timed it so that we could eat during happy hour for cheaper prices and we were definitely pleased with the quality for the price. $3 small salads (more like medium sized), $4 cheese sticks, $12 large two topping pizzas..all so yummy! We fed 4 people with cheese sticks, large pizza, 3 salads, and a pitcher for less than $50 and we had plenty of leftovers! The cheesy sticks were delicious and we enjoyed our Hawaiian style pizza we ordered. Our food start coming within 5 minutes of ordering and the interior is a clean and organized dining setting. (Owner: On 7/20/19, late afternoon, around 1-3pm, your delivery teenager boy was a horrible driver. He almost hit our car twice. Once when we came into the parking lot and once when we were exiting your parking lot. HORRIBLE delivery boy...) Besides this experience, we enjoyed our pizza and chicken wings. Pizza is OK but their COVID protocols are really bad... they do not clean in between patrons, forks are not individually wrapped and are kept on an open container so anyone who grabs one touches several others. They have a bunch of disassembled pizza boxes that are being stored on a booth open for people to sit on, those boxes will later be put together and used to serve pizzas, there was a bunch of kids playing in the arcade then seating on the booth with their backs on the pizza boxes!!! Yuck! The bathroom was a mess, did not have toilet paper, paper towels or soap. The wait was over 40 min, and they messed up my order twice! Usually when we head out to Bainbridge, this is one of my families fave pizza joints to enjoy! I love their setup which is spacious, it's clean and has TVs and arcade games for my kids to play while we wait for our pizza! We always almost go here with a group of 6 or more and we have fun every time esp when it's not packed! The Pizza are a bit pricier than your average pizza joints. We loveeee pizza and the two we always order are the make your own with 2 topping large pepperoni and sausage and 2 medium chicken Alfredo! AMAAAAZIIINNNG! They pack their pizzas up with thick pieces of meat, cheese as well as any sides you'd like to add. Very flavorable and good portions! The crust is not overwhelming compared to others! Our party never complains! The only reason I would ding a star on this place is that their soda is very watered down. I almost never drink soda and when I do, it better be worth it. Lol Their pitchers are about $5 ea and I honestly would rather just bring my own soda from Safeway across the street. Who doesn't love a good cold Pepsi-mountain dew with pizza right! We've asked them about it to see if maybe the syrup is low... they'll fix it but still end up tasting the same? Thanks anyways for trying! Overall, customer service is quick! They are almost always busy so I wouldn't expect more than prepping us delicious and top quality pizzas! Took my family on 8/20/2022 Ordered for dine in, Soda fountain was out of 90% of the flavors, Salad was brought to the table with one fork which there was 5 of us with no plates, when we went and asked we were brought paper plates. When the pizza arrived it was just sat on the table not the pizza holder with no utensil to serve. No napkins on table had to go a retrieve ourselves. Shuffle board table looks like it has been though a war and back. Noticed a flyer in our hotel room with a happy hour special and I'm all in for some cheap eats. We chose this pizzeria because of its proximity to our suite and wanted a quick bite. This restaurant has a homely atmosphere with polite customer service. Also the amount of food we purchased honestly could've fed a perfect family of four. I enjoyed the Greek Salad & Penne Creamy Pesto. My boyfriend had a Caesar Salad & Wings. I was hoping to give WSP a 5 star but I'm not a fan of the of spongy pizza crust. I would like to say thought that beyond my personal preference of crust, everything else was really exceptional. They offer a lot of menu variety at a great price point. The facility was clean and the staff was very courteous. I'm glad I tried them out. I stopped in for the lunch special which was 2 slices and a soda for $5.50 which is a good deal. You can choose slices of choice so I went with a pepperoni and a WSP slice. The toppings were fresh and the cheese was real! My only reservations the crust itself... I know that they state that it's made fresh but I am not a fan of the generic spongy crust(like you would find at a Pizza Hut) it was too spongy for my like liking. I prefer a crust like Costco, Round Table or brick oven (thin). But if you like a spongy/buttery crust then you'll like WSP. Overall, it's a good deal with a great environment. read more

My cousin's allergic to gluten, and she's had her fair share of gluten-free pizzas, said that this place had the best! Thankfully this place was across the street from the hotel we were staying at. Great location, and service was awesome. My friend and I split the large pizza with mushrooms and chicken and it was so fresh and hot. Pizza came out quick and the guys working there were so nice! Made sure we had our sauces and plates. I used to like the Port Angeles Westside Pizza. The last few times though I have had very rude customer service from them. After tonight I will no longer buy pizza from them. The manager was so rude. I tried to order 2 medium favorite pizzas. Their menu said it was $27.99 so I called in to place my order. They wanted to charge me almost $40. I'm like, your website menu says it's $27.99. I was told at that point that it was $35.99 plus $5 for delivery. So I asked to talk to the manager. I asked the manager why they market the pizza at one price, then charge a different price. If i had not been paying attention, I would have been charged the $39.99 instead of the advertised price of $27.99. The manager told me that it didn't matter what the site says, they raised their prices and if I didn't like it, I could shop somewhere else. I was like, WOW, really??
