For two weeks all she did on a daily basis was lie on how she was waiting on the guys to come in to deliver it and how she was "doing her best" to help me out. She kept telling me that her boss was yelling at her and SHE had to get off the phone to get the refrigerator cleaned up ad "put the parts back together"!! always trying to shoo you off the phone because she is a liar! All lies!!! to make matters worse, she delivered a refrigerator that was filthy and infested with roaches!!!! When we called her back a man named LARRY answered and said she wasn't there and that he would get the guys to come back to take back the refrigerator. We called back half hour later and there was no answer!! NO ONE EVER CAME!! We had to pay other guys to remove the infested refrigerator and have an exterminator come in! When we called her on Monday morning...again she gave a song and dance and said "she was working with us" and would have another CLEAN refrigerator there some time in the afternoon. I called her again at 3 and again, same song and dance! I told her the refrigerator had to be there by 5 or she would see me in court! she had the nerve to call and say that "the guys left for the day and would it be ok if she got it there by the next morning!!!! NEVER HAPPENED!!!! pathological liar!!! can't be trusted! horrible person to deal with..story teller. she stole my money and took me for a ride!!! STAY AWAY! How does this woman sleep at night!!!! only put one star rating because it wouldn't let me save my comments otherwise!

At one point, we even offered to accept the refund in two payments of $500, but we still have not received the refund. While Jaus may come across as friendly and trustworthy, our experience has shown the opposite. He took our money and delivered nothing.
