Called them for a repair on a Schonbek fixture which I had purchased form them many years ago They said they have a person who does repair work. The store took my name and #, said the repair person would call me. Four dales later a guy named Jose, calls me and starts the conversation off with excuses as to why he had not 'already called me'. At that point I did not care about his excuses, I just wanted to move forward and get the fixture repaired. We made an appointment for the next day, 2:30 PM. He never showed. At 3:30, one hour after our scheduled appointment I texted him and he just said sorry I am in NJ now, and said tomorrow same time. I said NO, I don't think you would be good to do business with. He then texted me that he was two blocks away from me, which I highly doubted. I repeated myself that I did not sense we were a good match to do business with and that I will look for someone else. He got pissed in his next text message, but that ended the exchange of messages as I did not reply to his last message. It took him 4 days to contact me and then he was a no show who for our appointment and I had to chase this guy only to tell him nah, I'm not scheduling again with you.
