Unfortunately my refrigerator was too old and the new part does not fit (not their fault that Frigidaire does not make the part I need). His prices were reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took to figure out the situation. I had to get a new refrigerator and Freddy helped install a new waterline since PC Richards was not able to do so. Freddy is very responsive and works during weekend hours (came on Sunday twice) so convenience was definitely appreciated. I asked if the bins were available she said "No" I then asked if they were more bins coming in she again said "No" Then I asked to speak to a supervisor as she obviously was not willing to provide me with basic information about the product. She claimed she was a supervisor. I also asked for her name she answer "Jenny" and that was all I needed to know. I proceeded to end the call after that. This is horrible customer service. Here we have a person getting paid for doing a simple retail job of answering questions for customers and yet fails miserably at doing it. The funny thing is she probably believes she deserves to be employed there even though she's not doing her job at all. I never get this type of treatment when I call the HD in Manhattan.
