Fantastic service and even better people! Eric not only walked me through the tools that I would need but called me the next day to make sure my deck turned out okay! Incredible service! read more

If you need a part or a tool. then this is the place to get it, and if they don't have it they probably know who does. My only gripe is finding someone to actually talk to some one about the parts or tools I need. Other than that, a great hardware store. read more

The best hardware store on Staten Island, perhaps the tri-state area. I have never not found what I needed. Always worth the trip.

Why does Home Depot exist when you have Reimam's. It's a hardware store with every and any item you need. It's magical how in that messy, dusty store, that they know where every single nut and bolt are. Most Staten Island old school businesses have gone to the wayside but for now thank goodness we still have Reiman's. read more

Fantastic LOCAL, FRIENDLY Service. Prices are very competitive. They always greet you with a Smile and Sheesh, these folks have a million things in this store. AN ABSOLUTE MUST go to if you live on Staten Island read more

This is my "go to" hardware store. The staff is knowledgable, helpful and the store has everything I need to complete my projects. If they do not have an item, they can get it. I have never been disappointed. read more

Great place to go to find that random piece of whatever you need. They are a real throwback hardware store. A very eclectic mix of items however. In one aisle you might find a garden hose and a light switch. Try to avoid going on a weekend if you can, only because the store gets busy and finding help isn't always very easy. In other stores that isn't an issue but it's hard to find things sometimes without help. All in all it's a great resource for Staten Islanders and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. read more

They made a key that didn't work. Stood in line for a refund and they asked me to get the key from the other staffer who was also helping other customers. So much confusion I just walked out lol. read more

This place always has what I need. Even found a special faucet part that would've taken a week to get online. This place was clutch.

Unlike the big chain hardware stores, you get a real personal one-on-one experience at Reiman's. You can find just about anything you need here and can get a wealth of information from the many experts who have worked here for decades. They take pride in their work and will help you with valuable insight to tackle any DIY project. I highly recommend them. Support local business! read more

I've been coming for many years for plumbing parts and supplies, including hard-to-find parts for some older fixtures. This is a solid local hardware store. And there's so much more: Reiman's also has all kinds of home supplies, paint, storage containers. Plus a million other things for countless home and business needs. It's a huge store. The staff is knowledgeable and has always been very helpful. I just don't get to Reiman's as often as I'd like because they close a little earlier than other stores. But when I do get there, I find what I need. read more

Reiman's is just the best. Really, they are amazing. I needed a couple of very specific nuts and bolts for my car. As these bolts were located in the strut area of the car, they had to be a very specific size and grade of strength (the strongest). I tried everywhere to find them. I tried the dealership, machine shops, Lowe's, Home Depot, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Fastenal, various private auto parts stores, and no one had what I needed. I was skeptical when someone suggested Reiman's, as it is mainly known as a hardware store, but the lady who answered the phone said they had "a few" automotive bolts so I should come in and look. A few bolts? They had an entire aisle of nuts and bolts, including exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Reiman's! You're a lifesaver! read more

Great neighborhood hardware store. They have everything you could ever need. It helps to grab a store employee to help you in your search, they know where every little thing is. read more

These guys really have a great selection of obscure plumbing fittings onsite. And everyone is super helpful.

Wow. Terrible that they had to install multiple speedbumps in their lot. So ugly and annoying to their customers. All to deter people from passing through. Please. read more

Reimans Hardware store is a one-stop shop for me. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone.

Seriously, this place has never let me down. Growing up in the area, we were regulars here and they have everything. It didn't matter if you needed something for a science project or a DIY project they have everything. If live in an older house and need screws, bolts, or hardware to match for blinds drapes etc. they have it and the staff is amazing in that they know where it all is. They never make you feel like an idiot if you don't know the name of what you are looking for and go out of their way to help. Another great small business on Staten Island. read more

OMG. This place is amazing. They have ALOT of stuff including those small hard to find bolts and washers. I needed a part for my sink, home depot wanted to sell me akit for $40, Reimans had the part for less than a dollar. They had the kit too, this shows why this store has been around for a LONG time. Forget the big stores on the island, this is the place. read more
