Although Ace mails me coupons to my house, from its location on Victory Blvd., it doesn't accept…read moreits own coupons as it claims it doesn't show up on their register. Instead of $7 off, I would up with $2.52 off. This is false advertising as I am persuaded to shop at that store instead of another like Home Depot. The mailed coupon that manipulated me to shop there is not honored as it should ethically.

She greeted us almost immediately, and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Since we weren't sure what dryer to get, she showed us the options that would fit both our budget and size requirements. She was able to help us get a great deal by letting us know what sales and bundles were going on. She really made what I thought would be a stressful experience so easy. We never felt pressured or anything from start to finish. If I needed to go back, I would make sure she was there to help me with my experience.

I emailed them and finally someone named "Joe" replied back saying that the manufacturer discontinued the item. Um....okay, so why didnt anyone call and let me know. He emailed me back a black and white xeroxed faded photo of what the manufacturer now offers except that it was the wrong sized vanity I was looking for! When I called to speak with him, he was extremely rude and cut me off..I told him to cancel my order which he agreed to do. Stated he would send me a cancellation/refund confirmation and I didnt get it until I again had to email and ask for it. Terrible customer service, I ended up calling discount bathroom vanities who were wayyy nicer and were able to sell me the same vanity that was supposedly discontinued!

It's unfortunate that some reviewers have had a difficult time with Lumber Liquidators, but I've…read moreonly been happy with the service I've received here and at the Yonkers location. It's very easy to get samples from the store, or online, if you'd like to see it in person before buying. Admittedly I would call myself an "informed buyer" as I've definitely checked out the website prior to going in person, and already have some ideas in mind of what I'd like to see before I show up. Either way, every person I've dealt with has been knowledgeable about the floors I've been interested in seeing. Thus far, I've done one room in my house with their Rigid Vinyl Plank line called CoreLux XD, and I just bought more to do another room. I've been rather pleased with the product - it looks good, has been pretty durable, and is actually waterproof (the water test was neither intended nor planned, but thankfully it lived up to all expectations!).

I really wish I remembered the name of the worker who helped me but he was a tall, dark, 40ish year old man if that narrows it down. He was so knowledgeable about the different types of wood flooring and was so eager to help. He probably spent about an hour with us. I really wanted to place an order because of him but the smart thing for me to do was to keep shopping around before going all in. I was able to find even lighter wood flooring at the shop next door, so I ended up going with them instead.

I'm a nice person and I treat people really well I tip people more than I should I help homeless people eat and I'm not shy about helping people but this guy was a jerk. He told me how cheap I was and told meI was no good as I was walking out of the store he called me a bitch and when I came back through and I told him I wasn't a bitch but he certainly was an a-hole because he was he treating me poorly is it because I asked for a ring? The thing is is I was looking around the store while they were making my Keys, I thought what a cute little store it's been here a long time I really like the fact that it's here and I can get things close that I could use. But after being treated the way I was I will never recommend the store to anyone and I feel bad for the owner big one because he thinks everything Hass to come with a price including $2.50 for a key OK

For what it is Harbor Freight is great! Let me explain, if…read moreyou are going to use a particular tool once or twice a year....Harbor Freight is the place to pick up tools, they are inexpensive and for the most part get the job done. If I was a tradesman I would not utilize their tools, the quality is hit and miss. If I'm on a job site I need to know that my tools will work properly. For the majority of the Fix it public, the tools are cost effective and function. They have a mailing list and they will send you coupons and deals quite often. I have a location close to my house and work so when the need arises I can't get what I need. This week I needed a specific ratchet set for my Jeep and yes they have it at the best price and available. I love the fact that with every visit you can get something free with purchase. 2 gripes, the lines at the register are always long and again the quality of their tools isn't quite up to my standards. If I had a crew of apprentices who were learning, Harbor Freight is a great spot for them to start.
