The crew from Milano Marble & Granite replaced my kitchen counter and backsplash and they did a GREAT job. They were professional, neat, polite, responsive to my questions, and most importantly, they really knew their stuff! We went with nHaus Kitchen & Bath, because it is all in one place, they have plenty samples of cabinets granite and quartz and on first floor there is Casale Tile. Avi helped with kitchen design, and showed us how it will look in 3D on his computer. After we picked what we want and signed contract we only had to deal with Avi and Cynthia, they made all necessary arrangement. We got 3 other quotes from other contractors, All of them were sending us to pick up tiles, cabinets, counter top, faucets in different places, we would have to deal with multiple vendors our selves to schedule delivery. And installation would be done by some one else. We did go to couple of places and I asked them what would be time frame for delivery, it ranged from 3-5 weeks. We are highly recommend them! It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

The unexpected costs, the increased amount of time they had not anticipated, even the disappointment of the result not being what they had hoped for. What I learned through this experience is that when you hire the best you get the best. Inhaus Kitchen & Bath installed a kitchen I would never have thought was possible in my home. When Avi first came to our home, he took one look at our kitchen and laid out a plan I would never have imagined. My small, outdated kitchen, suddenly became filled with possibilities. All the beautiful kitchens on my Pinterest were suddenly a possibility. From the very beginning, Avi and his team were honest, forthcoming and left no unexpected surprises. Avi was patient during the many times I would change my mind or ask to run by the showroom just to "make sure". The men that came to our home were friendly and extremely thorough. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect but still finished in a reasonable period of time. In the end, my kitchen is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Inhaus Kitchens and Bath for your patience, guidance and incredible talent.

DO NOT HIRE. We highly regret hiring Ivan Lopez and Gotham City Builders to renovate our apartment…read more An 8 week estimate turned into a 10 month nightmare that is still ongoing because Ivan disappeared with our materials and money. The new contractor we hired to finish the job has to fix all of Ivan's mistakes and shoddy workmanship. The work he did on our apartment is garbage and all needs to be redone. He constantly lied to us throughout the process: took our money for materials and never actually ordered them, sent us invoices to pay his crew but then after cashing our checks said he was out of money and couldn't hire workers for our job, constantly came up with excuses for why our job wasn't being finished. I came across Intelligent…read moreKitchen (IK) as my family was in need of design and project management help for our apartment renovation. We had met with a number of design build firms but were not finding what we were looking for in personalized attention. When I first met IK, the project was a certain size - one kitchen and one bathroom, possibly two bathrooms. After we met IK, heard their ideas and shared some of our dream items for our family home, we decided to re-design our ENTIRE apartment using IK as our design team for architectural services and selections across 2300 interior square feet. This included redesigning our apartment layout, tripling the size of our kitchen and gutting 3 full bathrooms and enhancing one other bathroom. We could not have done it without Lauren, Olga, Adriana and the entire IK team of designers and project managers. IK is on top of it all. We had weekly design and logistics meetings that included our budget tracking and our selection tracking. They were able to show us what our apartment was going to look like through amazing renderings that were so life-like, it was the first time I was able to truly see what I was putting together. They worked with us on finishing selections, coordination with the contracting team over 6 months with multiple weekly visits, the architect and expeditors, the ancillary services and resources for glass, marble, cabinetry and more. IK was able to deliver us the home of our dreams in NYC. Although it was a complicated and nearly year long project, we felt ready to take it all on because of IK and their team and their contacts. They were there for us every step of the way, kept us on budget and were able to meet with varying providers when we weren't, acting like our own right hand. I would recommend IK to anyone looking to do a bathroom or a kitchen or a complete and total renovation just like ours. Matter of fact, I have already referred several friends and neighbors to them. IK makes you feel like you are the only client they are working with and acted with transparency and charm each and every time. Thank you IK!
