Chat freezes after you describe the issue. I tried multiple times on different days. Txt is not even an option....it does not work either and just re-cycles. After waiting 80 minutes on hold and listening to their ad every 30 seconds telling me how important I am to them (what a joke), the rep re-ordered. The replacement ordered was only partially delivered. 80 minute wait to discuss. Can't cancel online, chat freezes, txt doesn't work.....OMG....what a crap company! Never again. Don't buy from this company.
