I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Campbell and the staff at Peak…read more My last dentist was just a serviceable ok. The impetus to change came when I had to cancel an appointment and was told they didn't have any openings for eight months. As a fool who neglected my gums for longer than I should, I'd been going in every four months. I couldn't wait eight. Peak Family was close to home so I figured I'd give it a try. Oh man am I so glad I did. Dr. Campbell is easy to talk to and really listens to you. He and his staff even found the cause of some tooth pain I was experiencing that my last dentist couldn't identify, and got it fixed. I've had no issues with all the cleaning and repair work they've done. From Dr. Campbell to the front desk staff to the hygienists, they've all been friendly, professional, and kind. I told my wife about my experience and she switched to Peak as well and she's been just as happy as me. We're both so glad we switched!

!!!!!! Do NOT get teeth extracted here !!!!!!! While I have had amazing dental care from Dr Foster…read more(THANK YOU to her!), today I had the worst medical trauma of my life when Dr. Jung extracted my tooth while I was in obvious pain and extreme discomfort. My body was shaking uncontrollably and I was crying and asking for tissues Throughout the 40 min procedure. He put a 2nd shot of Novocain in when he was 1/2 done but continued working immediately, not giving it any time to set in... and I continued crying and shaking and yelling out in pain throughout the entire procedure. I couldn't even speak afterwards because I was weeping and deeply troubled by the violation that had just occurred. I know now I was having an anxiety attack. I just sat in the chair crying until I could get myself out of there as quickly as possible. I had even told Dr Jung and another member of his team about a prior negative experience involving a root canal specialist ripping my root out even though I was signaling I could feel the pain and he also never stopped. I specifically told Dr Jung "as long as you listen to me if I express I'm in pain, all will be ok." But he NEVER stopped the extraction. Just said he was "almost done" and I was "doing a great job." He didn't even check on me or say goodbye before I left. He was already on to the next patient as I wept in the chair. He never spoke to me again. Three members of his staff called to check on me in the days that followed but the OWNER who violated my face and my trust in dentists had not spoken one word to me since he said "I'll give you a minute" as I wept uncontrollably in his chair unable to even look a human in the eyes. He just went on with his day and week and life and let his (amazing!) team pick up the pieces. I sobbed in my car for 25 min before I could drive safely home. I had to use tapping to calm myself down enough to drive. In 2025, no one should have to go through that type of pain for a tooth extraction. It doesn't have to be traumatic or deeply painful both physically and emotionally. I was honestly still in shock and struggling with pain and sorrow and triggered trauma 10 hrs later. And then 5 days later when I got dry socket the pain was excruciating but I couldn't go back to that place for follow up care, so I spent $300 to have another dentist office treat the pain. Dr. Foster is an amazing dentist ... but I will never recommend anyone see Dr Jung and I had to tell my amazing dentist, Dr Foster that due to this extreme violation of body, spirit and trust I can never step foot in that office again.

My visit was quick, easy, painless and *gasp* suprisingly pleasant. I was the only client in the office at the time and so I was given full attention by the receptionist, the hygenist and Dr. Simon- who told me he intentionally creates this slow sequencing of patients so that each one can get undivided attention from him. Even the feel of the office and the patient's rooms were calming- some good music playing and a mini documentary (on water!) playing while my teeth were being worked on. I believe in paying the right price for the right service... in this case I used my Groupon and so all of this for $40- WIN!

Warning to Prospective Patients: Based on my personal…read moreexperience, I have serious concerns about the quality of care, follow-up, and pricing transparency at Arvada Family and Cosmetic Dentistry and with Dr. David Zeitlin. I underwent a full-mouth restoration, including upper and lower dentures and multiple extractions, at a cost of approximately $20,000. At the time, I believed I was beginning a process that would be supported through completion, with the goal of restoring my smile and quality of life. Nearly three years later, I am deeply disappointed to say that consistent follow-up and clear guidance toward completion have not occurred. This has been not only frustrating, but disheartening--especially given the importance of this type of treatment. I also experienced a significant difference between the initial estimate and the final amount requested, which was not clearly explained in advance. When I raised my concerns with the office, I did not feel that they were handled with the level of care, understanding, or accountability I had hoped for as a patient. At 70 years old, this has been a difficult experience, and I would not want others--especially those facing major dental procedures--to go through something similar. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and fully understand the long-term plan before proceeding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

I am a little biased against the overall dental industry, I think many dental offices employ…read moremethods that are more fitting for a sales and marketing business. Which is fine, I guess, as long as they call themselves a "business" and not a "practice". And they call what they do "selling" and not "treatment". And they call the people they are selling to "customers" and not "patients". That all being said, my experience with Dr. Chubb and his excellent staff is they operate a first rate, true blue, Orthodontics practice. They treat patients with the best care, in the patient's interest, delivered at a fair cost..... With no up sells and bill padding.... They are great. I am very pleased with them. And I suspect most people needing orthodontic treatment will be too. Additionally, in my case, Dr. Chubb is treating my son's cleft palate. He is an expert in the long term, multi phase treatment of cleft palates. And I would also highly recommend you consider Dr. Chubb if you are seeking this type of specialized treatment.

We knew his teeth were going to need to be fixed, but Dr. Messingham wanted to monitor and not try to correct early knowing there were growth spurts and wisdom teeth to contend with. Around 8th grade, my son finally got braces, but was never very good about wearing his bands. Plus, he had to have two wisdom teeth surgeries. Dr. Messingham's office worked with the endodontist to make sure all X-rays, history, etc was transferred in s timely manner. Not wearing bands I think this is typical of any teenaged kid, but all of the office staff was very professional and then prodded him along to finally wear the bands and get them off 2 1/2 years later. My daughter had less issues and was in and out of braces in 12 months when she was 13. Scheduling staff was always extremely nice, figuring out payments, insurance was a breeze.
