I had to get dental implants because medication I take gave me extremely dry mouth so my teeth were failing. I went to Clear Choice and was promised beautiful new teeth but it has been six months of hell! One of my implants did not mesh into the bone correctly so for the last six months, I have gone through approximately 20 repairs because the flimsy teeth keep breaking. On top of all that the company keeps rescheduling and canceling on me. I was supposed to have surgery to try to put the implant back in last Tuesday and right before I was about to leave my house to head to Clear Choice they told me they couldn't see me and had to reschedule. From what I can understand the flimsy teeth keep breaking because I don't have that implant on the one side. I need that implant. I just can't even begin to tell you how many times they have rescheduled on me. I work in customer service and every time the teeth break I don't have any teeth. It is hard to talk to clients, it is embarrassing and It is almost impossible to eat. If I cancel at work much more I'm going to lose my job. I was supposed to have surgery to put the implant back in last Tuesday and now my teeth are broken again. I couldn't go into work today. When I called Clear Choice this morning to notify them that my teeth again they wanted to set me up for a repair (AGAIN). My teeth wouldn't have broken if they had adhered to the surgery appointment last week. Then they informed me that I needed to talk to Dan in financing because of having the implant put back in was going to cost me money. WHAT??????? No one informed me of that. What do you mean more money? I am paying through the nose for absolute torture and disfigurement. They should be paying me or reducing the cost of what I am paying for these teeth given how many times I have had to go in for broken teeth and how many times they have rescheduled me. I have a contract with them to continue to pay the $40,000 and I can't pay a cent more. I feel like they have promised me things that have not been provided and they have disfigured me. I don't have teeth that I can eat with or show in public and I don't have the money to go somewhere else or to have them try again to put the implant back in. I seriously don't kno was w what to do. I never thought trying to get a nice healthy smile would come to this. Don't go to clear dental implant in Denver. Update - Clear Choice called me back and said they were mistaken and they were not going to charge me to try to put the implant back in. I'm supposed to have surgery in a little over a week. I will have to go in on Wednesday of this week to try to fix my current pair of fragile teeth and hope they last long enough to get me to surgery.

The girl (Dr Bottoms daughter) that worked on me finished up and then something went wrong. She attempted to take the"temporary" crown off and pulled, pried, and used a block of something they put in boiling water, then stuck it on your teeth! Well, she pulled and poked and tried to get it loose and it would not budge She finally gave up and said, "we will let nature take its course!" I was having total shoulder surgery and the dr really impressed on me the dentistry could cause an infection to the arm. I worried about this from that first day until this past week! I ultimately had to go through a second round of treatment at a different office, because they never correctly aligned my jaw. After switching offices and moving over my records, there were multiple fillings that my new office said were "unnecessary". So it definitely felt like Orchard Dental Group was just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. The doctors here are so wonderful and helpful. They go above and beyond to help your mouth stay comfortable and healthy. The hygienists are all so great and kind.
