I underwent a full-mouth restoration, including upper and lower dentures and multiple extractions, at a cost of approximately $20,000. At the time, I believed I was beginning a process that would be supported through completion, with the goal of restoring my smile and quality of life. Nearly three years later, I am deeply disappointed to say that consistent follow-up and clear guidance toward completion have not occurred. This has been not only frustrating, but disheartening--especially given the importance of this type of treatment. I also experienced a significant difference between the initial estimate and the final amount requested, which was not clearly explained in advance. When I raised my concerns with the office, I did not feel that they were handled with the level of care, understanding, or accountability I had hoped for as a patient. At 70 years old, this has been a difficult experience, and I would not want others--especially those facing major dental procedures--to go through something similar. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and fully understand the long-term plan before proceeding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

The cleaning and exams were quick but thorough. They really take the time to listen and understand my needs. Also, I tried the LANAP laser therapy for my gums, which felt gentler than I expected. No bleeding or pain. I'm not sure why any of my dentists didn't recommend laser for my gums for the past decade! If you're nervous about going to the dentist, they're very reassuring and professional here. Glad I found a place that gets it! I had some dental work done by Dr. Taylor and I am not happy. I would never go back to this place…read more I went in for tooth pain in an upper tooth on my left side and they said oh you need crown they did a temporary crown and I told them my tooth was still bothering me at that time. I went back to get the crown put in and I told him that my tooth was still bothering me he said that the pain would go away. I went back after the crown was installed and said that I have extreme pain in that same tooth and they said oh you need a root canal. It does not make sense to me to put in a finished product and then have someone go in there and drill through a finished product to do a root canal. I went and got a root canal after going through a month of tooth pain before and after the ceramic crown was installed. I don't see how they can stay in business with this type of professionalism. On top of all that I had a dental cleaning scheduled a couple of months after this period of time and they said that I told them that I was not coming back when I called them. I was in very bad tooth pain and I said I might not be back. They never gave me a notice or anything that they canceled my appointment and I showed up and they told me my appointment had been canceled with no notice. Patient beware!!!
