Everyone in this practice including the front desk receptionist, billing person, dental hygienist and dentist have always been friendly, warm and professional in demeanor. I've been going here for many years. I've had regular cleanings, a crown and other dental procedures performed by Dr. Jenkins. I trust my dental care to her and her staff. I was so impressed today when the hygienist remembered something from our previous visit! That shows care in addition to their good service. I think it's awesome that they always give you a free toothbrush, dental floss and toothpaste after every visit! I highly recommend this practice to those looking for a good dentist. I was a patient for years and had some sensitivity that I addressed with them. It was reviewed and I was told I needed filings. I scheduled to have them done and a month later I get a bill 95% of the balance because their notes to my dental insurance basically called it an elective procedure. Now I am on the hook for a dental bill I never wanted and was told was "necessary". Poor form and they did nothing to help me in dealing with the insurance except to waste my appeal by sending in the SAME information the insurance company already had. Moving on to someone who knows how to communicate with their patients and insurance. Thanks for sticking me with a $1,000 dental bill. read more

I've had horrible dental experiences in my childhood/early teens that made me terrified to get any fillings/cleanings/any dental work done period. After I started going to five parks dental, all my worries went away. I got some fillings on 7/15/25, the second time I've had to here, and both times have been the easiest fillings I've ever gotten. The doctor put up with me crying out of fear the first time (embarrassing) and was so incredibly nice no matter how annoying I was being haha. Dr. Jenkins and her staff provided the best dental experience I've ever had. I have found my new dentist for life! They also didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need and I was amazed at how much Dr. Jenkins does in house that most dentist offices have to send other places. I get a lot of cavities because my girlfriend is always feeding me candy to keep me out of shape so that the ladies stay away and so that she can keep up with me on the mountain bike so I'm sure I'll be hanging out here a lot. I have been a patient with Five Parks Dental for the last 7 to 8 years going for regular twice annual check ups and without any other dental issues. Over the last couple of years, I have not had insurance and without any dental concern, I didn't see the need to have xrays nor any service beyond a normal cleaning. I passed on xrays 6 months ago and this last visit, as I passed again, they had me sign a release of liability. Seemed ridiculous but oh well. I just opened a letter from Dr. Jenkins that stated "It has become apparent because of a breakdown in our doctor-patient relationship, which is necessary for optimal care, your dental needs would be better met elsewhere." Really, Dr. Jenkins, you're dropping me because I didn't have any dental issues and didn't want to afford xrays? Really? I mean I was paying $100 per cleaning that I thought was too much but now I guess I'll find out how much I was over paying. With this kind of business management, it's no wonder why I never had the same hygienists twice. read more

This dentist office is amazing. I went in today for what they thought I needed, a root canal. As the procedure went forward, the dentist realized that I do not need a full root canal and the problem could be fixed simpler and cheaper and that's what we went with. Dr. Jenkins is very skilled, cares about her patients, and is knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry and surgery. The office is modern, clean, and every staff member is terrific, including Rebecca, who just knows in advance what a patient needs, and goes out of her way to make sure you're at ease in the dental chair. Dr. Jenkins and her clinical staff are wonderful. They are professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. She was the third dentist that I saw regarding TMJ. She listened, encouraged and stayed positive and kept us moving forward through the treatment. She thought outside the box w/the treatment plan and the end result is that my TMJ symptoms are resolved and I can easily manage any flare ups. All of my appts went smoothly. Five Parks Dental is a man cave in disguise. What's not to love? Unlimited use of their spit sink, drilling sounds all day long, tools I've never seen or even know how to use, recliners that are motorized, never having to carry on a conversation, (just nodding, grunting and an occasional thumbs up) and always being asked two of my favorite things, "Are you comfortable?" and "Just let me know if I need to stop at any time." The first thing you will notice when you come to Five Parks Dental is how nice the office is and how warm and welcoming the staff are. This place is packed with the latest dental technology offerings, including a panoramic xray machine straight out of The Jetsons. The staff went out of their way to make sure i was comfortable and I enjoyed a pain-free cleaning and exam. I was not given a hard sell for any extra services, as I've experienced at several other dental offices. When a cavity was detected, I was given a print-out of a treatment plan and an printed estimate of the projected cost. This is a great dental office in a slightly out-of-the-way location that I was curious about visiting, anyway. I feel confident that you will feel comfortable here and be treated fairly. read more

Bad Business practices! Very dishonest in their billing. Do not sign their general financial contract. The office will quote you a cost, than charge you a higher price- Always make sure you have the cost in writing. Have known other customers that have had the same situation. The insurance lady must never be having a good day...I have finally had enough of her snide comments and am going elsewhere.

I am very sad and disappointed in that they over billed me on several procedures, even after I specifically asked for the total amounts up front. If you go here, make sure you get everything in writing and the price break down before you sign the bill because you will be over billed later.
