I was a long time patient of Dr Harold Jossear's at Bella Dental. I called today to schedule an appointment and was greeted with a discourteous "Taylor Dental Arts." as if the person answering was constipated. Surprised, I asked what happened to Bella Dental and the nasty woman on the other end of the phone spitted "I don't know." I explained that I had been with Bella Dental for years and would like to know whether Stephanie, the former dentist's assistant was still there. The rude receptionist gave me another effortless grunt-like "No." Then she asked for my name, indicating she had someone elese on the line. I asked what she wanted my name for and she said "so I can call you back when I'm not busy." I told her she was rude, then hung up. After thinking about the scenario: me being a long-time patient in good standing who really liked my old dentist, this company assuming my former dentist's phone number, address, and office, and the rude phone reception I received, I decided to call back and ask for a supervisor. I did just this and the same woman/robot answered and told me snottily that she was the supervisor. I demanded to speak with the dentist and the conversation soon became unsalvagable. This is the worst professional service related experience I have encountered ever. It's ashame, because if this person on the other end of the phone had just been polite or even civil, they would have gained a patient and I wouldn't have to look for a new dentist. The other reviewer thinks this new dentist is " a cutie", so if that's what your going for by all means don't let me hold you back. My parents, myself and my kids have seen the same dentist for over 30 years. Unfortunately the time came and that dentist rudely decided to retire! The nerve! ;P Well, his replacement seemed to be a little too money hungry, pressuring us to come back for expensive treatments that just didn't sit well with my gut. So the hunt ensued for a new dentist and hopefully closer to home. My parents found Dr Taylors office based on others' reviews and made themselves cleaning/checkup appts. They went a few weeks ago and afterwards called to inform me that I am really going to like this dentist. Yeah, Maybe I will. But darn it, I miss OUR dentist, although, since it was becoming clear that our family dentist was not going to be persuaded to keep only us as patients, my son and I made appts with Dr Taylor's office to get cleanings and checkups at the same time. Upon entering the door, the staff could not have been more welcoming! I had a hiccup with my new insurance and they told me, "No problem. We will submit it later if necessary." Then in the chair, they dental assistants got a usually, dead-quiet teenager, to spill out his whole life story and I sat down, completely comfortable to do the same as if I'd known them already for years. I had a dental semi-emergency in July, when I called my regular dentist, I was surprised to find out he had sold his practice to Dr. Taylor. I needed to be seen and made an appointment. I was happy to see our Dental Hygienist, Gina, still at the practice when I arrived. Gina assured me that Dr. Taylor was a dentist in whom I could have confidence. Dr. Taylor put me at ease immediately. His down-home, easy-going personality makes him easy to like and talk with. I explained to him that I was about 6 weeks away from needing to have the crowns made for 3 dental implants and that I felt abandoned by my previous dentist. He assured me that he could handle placing my crowns. It's now been three weeks, since my implant crowns were placed and I've seen my Oral Surgeon for a final follow-up visit. My Oral Surgeon told me the crowns looked "great", he also told me earlier on, that he felt Dr. Taylor would do a good job with the implant crown placement. Dr. Joe Taylor is probably one of the best guys I have ever been to as far as dentistry is concerned! While I have only been twice, I can definitely tell that he and his team run a business that is top notch! Every person on his staff, from check-in to the chair, is friendly, competent & so easy to work with! My last dentist was too concerned with his fame and Bentley to even be there to check out my teeth after semi-annual checkups/cleanings - I would always get the "oh sorry, Dr.#]%^ isn't here today but he will review your chart when he is back in." After 7 years of loyalty, it became clear to me that they only cared about $$$, so it was time to move along. At my second visit to Dr. Taylor, he gave me some great options for final cosmetic touches after completing my Invisalign last fall - you can tell this guy is passionate about his patients and wants them to be happy! It's really great to find a dentist who provides a holistic approach to the patient treatment process, right down to the most granular level! Once while making small talk with my mom I said that I had had a great time at my dentist's office that day, and she was like, "How can you have a great time at the dentist?" It then occurred to me how weird that sounded. I guess I take it for granted how warm, friendly, and personable Dr. Taylor and his staff are that it's easy to forget I went there to have my teeth worked on! I've been going there for years and it goes without saying they do great work. Dr. Taylor really does care about his patients. And I love that he consults with me what he thinks is best but gives me options and asks what I want and makes me know he really cares. I have never had a dental office be this good and compassionate. He and his staff are a great team. And kudos to Pattie for her knowledge and ability in handling the insurance. (The practice that was there before Dr. Taylor and his team came in didn't handle things as well insurance-wise, and if you know me you know how much insurance problems drive me crazy!) My husband and I started going to Taylor Dental Arts about a year before we got married in 2013. We were looking to get our smiles in order for our big day and Dr. Joe did just that. I started Invisalign a month later and my husband was recommended by Dr. Joe to another orthodontist so that he could get braces. Both of us now have great smiles and owe it to Joe and his team. They were very patient with me and always checking in to see how the pain was and if I was comfortable with the progress. We've been so impressed with the cleanliness of the practice, the friendliness of the staff and the excellent customer service. Dr. Joe goes above and beyond making sure his patients are happy. Gina is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and is very gentle on my sensitive mouth. She's always giving me tips to help with reducing cavities or (endearing) gentle reminders to floss more. I LOVE Dr. Taylor! Spectacular dentist! But his staff and hygienists are amazing! I have been coming here for years! After 20 years of zero dental care, I picked Dr. Taylors office mostly because of location. Needless to say I was quite embarrassed at the state of my oral health when I made my first appointment. They treated me with care, compassion and understanding. They didn't ridicule me for poor hygiene and instead formulated an aggressive care plan to get me in tip top shape. They are concerned with your comfort level at every appointment and do everything they can to be sure you are as relaxed as you can be in the dental chair! After hours care is no different. I got a call from Dr. Taylor himself on a Saturday afternoon responding to an emergency tooth issue and took care of me immediately! This office is top notch. My dentist of almost 15 years sold his practice during Covid and I thought it was going to be awful trying to find a new one. However, I rec'd a glowing recommendation for Taylor Dental so I decided to give it a try. I had my first appointment in Oct 2020 and a follow-up yesterday and I can tell you that I have NEVER BEEN MORE IMPRESSED with a dentist office in my entire life. Every single person in this office is friendly, helpful and very patient. I am very pleased and happy with choosing Taylor Dental. Dr. Taylor and Ricki were amazing while providing my dental care. Ricki was so upbeat, funny, and kind, which helped take the edge off. Ok. Let me tell you about Dr. Taylor and his staff. I came in for a temporary crown and everyone was OUTSTANDING, 100% pleasurable on all fronts. All of the assistants are out standing and fun, Dr.taylor himself is very concerned with my comfort and as fast as you'd like him to be, he also is very personable and easy to talk to. The dentist is usually not fun HOWEVER Dr.Taylor and the entire staff (I mean everyone) make dental visits enjoyable, and fun. This is my first visit but this is now my dentist, and as long as this practice is avaliable I won't entertain others. read more

I had a cleaning done by Jackie recently that was the best I've ever had in my almost 46 years of age. She's consistently gentle and thoughtful, as I have sensitive gums, and offers warmed water for rinsing, which is so appreciated. When I saw my teeth in the mirror afterward I did a double-take as they were noticeably whiter (and I am someone whose teeth are already in pretty good condition, so that says a lot!). I love everything about this dentist office. They are great people. Patty and Carrie are wonderful and friendly as you enter the office. They know you by your name. I have never had insurance problems because they are so efficient. Gina , the hygienist is super great. She is so competent and makes me very comfortable. I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years so I fully expected to be "reprimanded" for neglecting my teeth. Instead, Jackie did an excellent, pain free cleaning of my teeth and even complimented me on brushing and flossing! Doctor Joe recommended a couple of fillings but left it up to me as to when I had the work done. The receptionist was very friendly as well as helpful.
