He administered my shot, drilled out the previous filling and left his assistant to do all the work. He didn't even bother to come in and examine the work after she was done. Why am I paying for a dentist when an assistant is doing all the work? Furthermore, I have other teeth that will need to be worked on and he presumed he could start in on them without my permission. I had gone in for 2 teeth and he presumed he should replace the amalgam on a third. I agreed to it after he had shot up my mouth so much. Finally, I got cold during this 2 hour session and asked for a blanket. There were 2 available. One was wrapped in plastic the other tossed on a tray. He told the assistant to give me the one thrown on the tray. I had to ask if it was clean since it had just been laying open. He displayed the worst bed side manner. When I complained he told me I should go see the dentist down the hall because he would probably do fillings and actually told his receptionist to make me an appointment. Upon arrival they got me into my cleaning very quickly! Nichole was wonderful and friendly. She cleaned my teeth with a wonderful efficiency and was hyper aware of my comfort levels. This appointment went by seamlessly with her comforting personality and her office really is adorable (she loves plants, as do I). Dr.Suman came in and was very attentive to my needs and had wonderful advice for me for my dental care future. She was quick and to the point, which is always appreciated from me! The office is very welcoming, clean, and orderly. Each hygienist gets there own room that they personalize and I think that's adorable. My primary care physician works underneath them in the same building and has nothing but praise for them! The front desk was very kind and saw me in even though I was running late to my appointment. A quick note to keep in mind: they have a 5min waiting period for your appointment. If you are past this there is a chance that you will not be seen. I feel this is fair and was very glad to be welcomed regardless, but don't expect that if you're running late they'll be able to get you in!

I would never go back to this place…read more I went in for tooth pain in an upper tooth on my left side and they said oh you need crown they did a temporary crown and I told them my tooth was still bothering me at that time. I went back to get the crown put in and I told him that my tooth was still bothering me he said that the pain would go away. I went back after the crown was installed and said that I have extreme pain in that same tooth and they said oh you need a root canal. It does not make sense to me to put in a finished product and then have someone go in there and drill through a finished product to do a root canal. I went and got a root canal after going through a month of tooth pain before and after the ceramic crown was installed. I don't see how they can stay in business with this type of professionalism. On top of all that I had a dental cleaning scheduled a couple of months after this period of time and they said that I told them that I was not coming back when I called them. I was in very bad tooth pain and I said I might not be back. They never gave me a notice or anything that they canceled my appointment and I showed up and they told me my appointment had been canceled with no notice. Patient beware!!!

The staff is helpful and friendly, too. What really stood out during my appointment today was how well Dr. Winter worked with his assistant, Robin. They were constantly thanking each other during the procedure. I love how well they work together. They make an excellent team that I can trust. He calls me at home the evening of the procedure to see how I am feeling. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stuart Winter for dental care.
