Went to this clinic back in January 2024, needed treatment for a bad upper jaw infection and everything had to be extracted, all my teeth and 4 old implants I had for over 20 years. Year and a half went by and this Dr. Freimuth was never able to give me my final teeth with new implants, but he sure took my $25K and I was denied at least a partial refund to go get my teeth somewhere else. Back in March 2026 I had to go to a real oral surgeon after having pain and headaches, after new x-rays I was told that the infection not only came back but this called surgeon Dr. Freimuth only took one of the 4 old implants after charging me to extract all of them, leaving 3 of them and causing the infection to come back. I had to go true the same procedure pay another $30K and got my teeth in 5 months. ​I had been going to Dr. Freimuth since I was 13 years old. My family has also been going here for many years. I have also had all my daughters getting care there. While I would normally give them 5 stars because they have done some good work for my family and I . Today I am giving them 1 star. My daughters had an appointment scheduled for next week and i received a text today saying that they have sent a dismissal letter out to me in Sept 2025. Which I did not receive. I called the office to inquire about the letter and the female that answered the phone pulled up the letter and read it to me and this is what the letter said this: We take pride in our dentistry and in the relationships with our patients who believe in quality care. Confidence in our practice and understanding are key elements to successful treatment. it is lack of these important elements that leads us to this letter. It seems that your confidence has eluded us. I then asked what that means and she gave me no answer the only thing she said is that the letter states the reason and she is going to continue to keep saying that without reason. I asked if I could speak with someone else to get some answers and clarity as to why this is happening and she told me no that the letter states everything. I have no idea what you're confidence has eluded us. The employee that answered my call then hung up on me. I googled what does your confidence has eluded us means and this is what I got from google. This is what I got from google: "Based on dental industry language, the phrase "your confidence has eluded us" from a dentist's office most likely means that your fear, anxiety, or lack of trust has prevented them from being able to provide the necessary care" Now there was NEVER an issue that my family or I have had with not trusting them or feeling uncomfortable with the care they provided. they made my small children also feel comfortable as well. I feel this is a very unprofessional way to handle the situation and to do so just days before my childrens appointment. what a shameful path I'm on now because of this dentist I went to this dentist for 23 years. I went to them last summer because I was having issues and Dr. Mike wanted to just shave my tooth down and put a cap on it because he said I had a crack in my tooth, which was not true. I needed a whole root canal, which would've just covered up an issue and probably caused an infection. I had a root canal and a cat put on on my. which has now cracked come out and now I need to have the whole rest of the tooth extracted. He didn't implant on years ago and he only charged me $50 because he said it was because he knew I was financially struggling, but I think I was one of his guinea pigs because that implant now is causing me and has over the years when I've said stuff to him caused me pain and constantly full of pus and it's going to have to be replaced or pulled out now so because of this dentist, I have officially lost three molars read more

I went to Dr. Mike for a second estimate for replacing my veneers. There is nothing wrong with them, they are just old. I wanted to check versus my normal dentist's estimate. Dr. Mike told me that ALL the six teeth with veneers had cavities - showed them to me with a mirror - not on the X-rays he took, and that there wasn't enough tooth to put new veneers on and they needed to be crowned. And my other upper molars all needed to be recrowned. In other words - every single upper tooth needed to be crowned. I was crying in the chair. Dr. Mike said he could fix it. He was super nice. I called him the next day, to go over things. He was not pleasant at all on the phone that I was questioning his diagnosis. I made sure that I hadn't misunderstood that there were other issues than cavities, such as my bite. He was so rude, I would never go back to him. I went to a third dentist who took a third set of x-rays. Not ONE cavity! This is the same as my original dentist had said. No reason not to put new veneers on. WTF! Dr. Mike - if you need to scam people to pay for your fancy office, maybe you should downgrade. Shame on you. There is no mention of cavities in the written treatment plan - so there is no evidence of his saying I had cavities. Very clever. BEWARE! Get a second opinion! read more

Well, I have nice straight teeth because of their services. I did the invisalign braces. It took much longer then I thought to get my teeth straight, but wow, glad I did it. Dr. Mike made all the right adjustments. You have to stick with it and use all the retainers all the time. They have a great dental assistant Leah, she is very sweet. She was always friendly and she always saw me on time. I usually went during lunch hour, so like many people, always rushing back to work. I had lost one of my bottom retainers and so my bottom teeth got a little crooked again, but they gave me 6 more retainers and my teeth look real nice again. They have some coffee and water in the lobby (nice touch). I never felt rushed. Go there if you need to get those pearly whites straight again. You will not be disappointed. All along they were giving me some whitening pens to help get those nice straight teeth nice and white to. Thanks for all you do to make us smile more!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Mike has, over the last year, worked to give me my smile. He started with removing terrible teeth of mine, then implants, and finally fixed the smile itself. My teeth are white, smooth, and straight. My bite (was missing a lot of tooth and had to over compensate by not biting down) and I am walking out a little sore (I imagine it will be a little worse after the numbness fades) as to be expected. I like going to ProSmile because they always give me a great cleaning. Every hygienist I see there does a great job. The dentist also does a great job at adjusting retainers. I had some uncomfortable spots on mine that I have had for years and he fixed the pain in a few minutes. They give X-rays in a super painless way. I have been struggling with my teeth for a very long time! From bad experience to poor quality of crowns. One day I woke up with a horrible tooth ache. Didn't know where to go. Called a family member who recommended me to Dr.Mike. Called them right away. The front staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They were able to get me in couple hours later. I got a nice walk through the office and on site lab. Had a root canal done and got 2 temporary crowns In just about 2 hours. The equipment they use is amazing! The whole office is extremely clean and atmosphere is very positive from the time you walk in. Went back in to get my crowns and I am extremely satisfied with them! From shape to color loving it. I don't have much money and it's a hardship for me to pay for my dental work. I hate when I'm in the chair and Dr. Mike always tells me about his exotic holidays, new toys he has purchased. Dr. Mike did a root canal on me and 2 years later I had pain in the tooth. I went back in to Prosmile and saw one of the other dentists in this practice and was told he could not find anything wrong with it so we should just pull it. I was already missing another tooth in the back so I wanted to save the tooth. I refused to have it pulled. I went to a root canal expert and we re-did the root canal and saved the tooth. Dr. Mike was my dentist while I completed Invisalign. I loved the results of Invisalign, but that had nothing to do with Dr Mike. After my treatment was complete, it was amazing how all of a sudden I needed 8k worth of dental work with gum grafts completed when 6 months earlier everything was great. Long story short, had a second and third opinion and only needed 1 gum graft not the 8 that Dr Mike suggested. Also, I had a chipped tooth that Dr. Mike fixed 3 or 4 times and it never stayed, shockingly my new dentist fixed it and it has stayed for 4 years now. They seem nice but will nickel and dime you, give overpriced/unnecessary recommendations and then provide questionable work that constantly needs to be fixed. I personally would stay as far away as you can from this office. read more

I had the best experience yesterday at ProSmile! My dentist is Dr. Evie Anderson and my hygienist was Nikki. Nikki was very thorough and she explained everything she was going to do in a friendly and calming way. Nikki was very kind, personable, and a great educator she taught me some great new info regarding the health of my teeth. She did let me know that I might experience some soreness do to the fact I had some buildup from not getting a teeth cleaning in awhile but I'm happy to report she was so wonderful at job that I have had no pain or soreness. At the end of my appt Dr Evie talked to me about a couple treatments I will need in the future, she explained it so calmly and didn't make me feel bad for needing treatment. In fact she made me feel like I have amazing teeth even though a couple them need some attention. It was a really refreshing approach to dental care. I felt very well cared for by her and can tell she's very trust worthy and conservative in her treatments which is always to be appreciated! Everyone in the office was so friendly and kind! We moved from Canada and Dr. Mike was recommended to us by our dentist back home. We have been nothing but impressed by him and his entire staff over the last couple of years. Recently he exceeded our already high opinion of him by coming to his office on a Saturday morning when our 10 year old son Ryan had an accident that caused significant damage to his front teeth. Dr. Mike was so professional, compassionate and calming in a very stressful situation. My son was given an X-ray and a CT right there at the dentist's office!! I have also had an experience with them after I had an accident on vacation that left me with half a tooth less than I started with. I called ahead to let them know I would need to come in as soon as my plane landed and they were very accommodating. When I showed up they already had a temporary tooth ready that they had made using the mould of my teeth - which they made during my very first visit. So smart and ready for life's accidents! Terrible experience. Dr. Freimuth's office is very nice.....too nice (first indication he charges, and makes too much money). He also only employs good looking women and likes to advertise his affiliation with the Denver Broncos cheerleaders - it's all about appearances. From the moment you walk in, money is the first and most important order of business. When I finally got my evaluation, he spent less than 5 minutes with me....I felt extremely uncomfortable. Within 15 minutes, a bill for over $4k was thrust in my face by his assistant for 3 crowns that were "necessary procedures". I agreed to get one of the crowns he said was needed right away and it was denied three times by my insurance. I subsequently got a 2nd and 3rd opinion (from my old dentist in another state and from my new Denver dentist) and found out all I needed was a filling. Long story short, I had to pay $1100 out of pocket when the actual procedure needed was only $150 out of pocket. Upon further research, I come to find out he also has one of the highest negotiated rates for procedures in the Denver metro area with United Health Care. I trusted him and he betrayed that trust. I'm lucky that I had the ability to pay. Stay away...far far away. read more
