It has gradually deteriorated and my last two visits are causing me to go to a different dentist in 2027. The hygienists are impersonal, not careful, causing pain and left stains on my teeth at my last cleaning. The only advice the dentist gave was to get Veneers at $1000 a tooth. I left the last two visits feeling uncared for.

They charged me over 500 dollars to get a mouth guard (since I grind at night which is true) that I lost shortly after getting it and tried to get them to make me a replacement immediately after I lost it at a work trip and they said it wouldn't fit and that I would need a whole new set of imprints which is incorrect. I would be skeptical of some of their recommendations. I also had a crown and it did fit correctly and they tried to fit it again and I continued to have pain with my jaw and overall the dentist didn't even come look at personally she just sent me to a specialist and said I "might" need a root canal. Now I might have a unique situation but it doesn't appear that way and this appears to be standard practice so I'll be finding a new dentist. The staff is generally friendly and the office is up to code but, at this point I don't think the dentist has done a competent job and I would not recommend them to any friends or family. Nor do they really seem like they care about the pain my teeth and jaw have been.

Fortunately as I scrolled through the practices accepted by Delta Dental, Sloanside Dental yielded positive reviews on Yelp. Making an initial appointment on their website was easy, and it was scheduled right away. I've somehow gotten lucky parking in the tiny lot right outside. Getting examined, teeth cleaned, and x-rayed was super efficient. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, and Dr. Bennett is a cool dude. Having grown up in a family of dentists, this office made me feel right at home, which for most people is probably weird to say about their dentist. Anyways, online bill pay and electronic record transfer is seamless, too. I can't say enough good things about Sloanside Dental!

Very different service than I usually receive at the dentist. They were also quite efficient. Got here early, they saw me immediately and there was no time wasted in the chair. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They even offered me different colors for my retainer?? Didn't know that was a thing. The only other thing I'll mention - Getting a replacement retainer was quite expensive and they didn't really have the option for payment plans.

The staff is helpful and friendly, too. What really stood out during my appointment today was how well Dr. Winter worked with his assistant, Robin. They were constantly thanking each other during the procedure. I love how well they work together. They make an excellent team that I can trust. He calls me at home the evening of the procedure to see how I am feeling. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stuart Winter for dental care.

I had a tooth pain and Dr. Birg was able to adjust teeth and improve my smile taking away the pain. I had nothing but an amazing experience with the whole team. After opting for braces in my adulthood, it was a very pleasant experience, and I am genuinely sad to see this team not be a part of my routine for adjustments. Everyone is so patient, kind, caring and empathetic. The attention to detail and through explanation from Dr. Birg you can see his passion and genuinely see he takes pride in his work which he truly is good at what he does. I will be recommending Advanced Orthodontics. The schedulers are amazing at fitting you in for an appointment when you to come in for a quick little fix ** Added bonus!! There's always at least two front desk staff who are available for questions. The waiting area has coffee, tea, and sometimes fresh chocolate chip cookies!! They're soo tasty! There are a handful of dental chairs lined up in an open space next to each other (don't go here if you want privacy). There's a ton of assistant staff on duty and they're all very kind. I also like that they put smiley faces on the ceiling lights so you can see them when you lean back in the chair. Dr Birg is an incredibly kind individual. He is extremely patient, willing to answer all questions, and is always smiling. I got Invisalign treatment done here and he did a great job. I highly recommend this place!!

I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment, the first of the day, and they were 15 minutes late. Then, the person didn't know what I was there for, and tried to get me to take x-rays. After explaining why I was there, I was told they don't do retainers for people that are not patients. I told the person that I specifically asked that when I called to make an appointment. I was then told they have an answering service in AZ and they don't know their procedures. This place has zero urgency and their answering service doesn't know correct information. Although, I will say the answering service called the office to confirm, so once again I fault this office. I would not recommend this place at all!

This has happened multiple times and it honestly feels like they are just trying to keep my money. I have had to advocate for myself throughout this entire billing process. They attempted to charge me hidden fees that I later found out I did not even owe. They also refused to submit my bill to my health insurance, even after I explained that a portion of the cost could likely be covered under a specific code. Instead, I was left with a $500 out of pocket bill that could have potentially been reduced to around $50 if properly submitted. When I checked in, they collected both my dental and health insurance information but never actually billed my health insurance like they said they would. I was later told this is something they tell customers but do not follow through on. On top of that, they failed to charge me correctly upfront and then asked my significant other to pay a large portion of the bill while I was under anesthesia, which was completely inappropriate and due to their own mistake. There was also a lack of transparency from the beginning. I had to question a $400 charge just to understand what I was being asked to pay, while others were apparently informed right away, according to my significant other who was in the lobby. Communication has been extremely poor. I have been trying to get in touch with them since February with no success. No matter the day or time I call, no one is available to help, which is especially frustrating while working full time during their business hours. They recently told me they would follow up with me regarding the issue, and it has now been over a week with no response. Overall, the billing practices are unprofessional, disorganized, and not transparent. I would not recommend this place. On a positive note, the only good part of my experience was a dental assistant who mentioned she loves country music. She was very kind and genuinely helpful.
