Dr Messingham's office has done braces for all 4 of my children including myself. Not only have they all turned out gorgeous but the experience has been exceptional. At any business the front desk staff can make or break your experience, and the ladies in the office work with me joyfully on my constant appointment changes and emergency visits. The gals in the back are so delightful and engaging with my children. Dr Messingham is wonderful with all ages and he cares to know you. Due to the positive encouragement of everyone in the office my children have all been out of braces sooner than quoted. This office proved over and over to work with complete integrity. I had another company try to convince me of a deal they could offer (only to leave me paying extra on the backend because of insurance related stuff). I talked with Messingham's office and they walked me through the scam offer to provide accurate information. I have had no false promises from them and only incredible service and honesty. After 4 years of consistently being in the office, I can honestly say that when my last child is finished with treatment in a few months, I will still find a reason to visit. As an adult patient I want to say that Dr. Messingham is AMAZING!! Having alreadry had braces three separate times as a child/teen, I was recently told by others that I would likely need jaw surgery to correct my bite now since adult teeth do not move in the same way as growing children and teens. After consulting with Dr. Messingham, he was confident that surgery was not only unnecessary, but could be more harmful than beneficial! His treatment plan was clear and conservative owing to the nature of adult teeth versus adolescents. I ended up only needing braces for my top teeth AND it only took a little less than 1 year to complete! I couldn't be happier with the results! I would not trust my smile to anyone else and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Messingham to everyone - especially adults! Stacy, Mathilda, and all of the staff are awesome - they make every visit a joy and really get to know you as a person, not just a patient. I can only say "WOW" when it comes to Messingham Orthodontics. I dreaded the entire process with my son not only because no one loves orthodontic work, but also because my son has autism and I was not sure how well the staff there would interact with him. I honestly can say that I do not know if the staff ever even realized there was a social issue with my son. Messingham Orthodontics has been great for both of my kids. I have always been able to get appointments set for when they are convenient and change them easily if I need to. They've also been able to schedule both my children at the same time- so it's been very agreeable. The staff and Dr. Messingham are patient and friendly and work very well with both of my children.
