I enjoyed the 2yrs I had before getting my braces off and every visit was welcomed with a smile and great staff that helped me with any questions I had. I initially chose All About Braces because it was in network for my insurance but it turned out to be a great decision. I spent 3 years in braces when I was a teenager but got lazy about wearing my retainers in college and my teeth shifted. I came in because I had developed a little crowding on the top and bottom and wanted to get it fixed. I was not interested in traditional metal braces (been there done that) so I was interested in other options. Dr. Merson suggested a spring aligner as a cheaper, more adaptable option than Invisalign. I saw almost immediate results and am now in an Essex style retainer to get the last small movements. I love his attention to detail. I only had a few small problems to fix so this attention to detail has been so important to my treatment. A lessor orthodontist could have called it good long ago but Dr. Merson has continued working to get me my perfect Hollywood smile. As an adult I also appreciate that at every appointment he discusses the progress with me. We never fails to give me a good idea of how things are going and discuss future options. The only downside to this office is that they are not open everyday (although they seem to be in the office much more frequently now than in the past). However, everyone at the office is very nice and I have had excellent luck scheduling appointments even on short notice. read more

Dr. Mershon always takes time to explain the treatment process and answer any questions. He is very knowledgeable and proficient. Dr. Mershon did a great job of walking me through my options and choosing the one that best fit my needs and within my price budget. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and really takes the time to figure out what you need. He has excellent medical knowledge and will gladly share with you his medical reasoning for any decisions he makes. He is highly personable and works hard for his patients! We paid up front and feel like they aren't giving us the best treatment or the full story. First we found out that things were going to take longer than we were initially told, then it was get some baby teeth pulled, then some permanent teeth. Then when our child has an issue (a sharp piece of metal, or something slipping off) they don't get you in on the same day. read more

Dr. Mershon's calm and friendly manner seems to pervade through the whole office. He and all of the technicians spoke directly to my daughter (as opposed to me) and if appropriate, would turn his attention to me and ask "You OK with that mom?" Since day one Dr. Mershon has been amazing! Not only is it extremely obvious the he knows what he is doing but he truly cares that you are educated and happy with the process every step of the way. He made a point to clearly inform me and educate me about what my options were. He was accommodating to my schedule and cost was reasonable. The orthodontic assistants are very friendly and they remember who you are even recalling previous conversations forming a rapport with patients. One of the ladys up front I feel horrible I can't recall her name right now but she's always very nice and checks me in before I even make it the the counter. My smile is not 100% yet but the difference is already amazing so thank you all about braces. The only part that I understand but hope gets better is the changes that are going on right now. They acquired some new offices and because of that there's been some changes to the staffing so I've had a different orthodontist a few times and I know there's charts and notes but having the same person each time is best as theyre already aware of your wishes and progress. With 5 kids who required orthodontics over the years I've met way too many orthodontists and without a doubt, this is the very best practice we've been to. Dr. M's patient and thoughtful care saved my son from having the surgery we had been told he would have to have to correct his bite. When I sent an email asking if they would see him given his medical complexity and special needs, they called me back immediately and welcomed him into their practice. Their staff are consistently kind and interactive without children and their thoughtful care saved my son from having surgery. For children with special needs, this is absolutely the only practice in Colorado you should consider taking your children to. They are a blessing.
