Very different service than I usually receive at the dentist. They were also quite efficient. Got here early, they saw me immediately and there was no time wasted in the chair. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They even offered me different colors for my retainer?? Didn't know that was a thing. The only other thing I'll mention - Getting a replacement retainer was quite expensive and they didn't really have the option for payment plans.

I let them know how nervous I was about getting the cavities filled and every person I worked with throughout my three years of cleanings and fillings with them was incredibly kind, calming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this dentist office more highly. The dentist even covered up some very sensitive spots on my teeth while I was getting a filling and I had no idea and it took away pain I dealt with for years. thank you Table Mountain for such great care!!

On my first appointment, Elizabeth took my Xrays and was friendly and wonderful, then handed me over to Dr Cardon who reviewed everything with me thoroughly. Kristen at the front desk was a life saver getting my initial appointments set for an office that's booked so far out, and finally my hygienist Teresa was absolutely amazing for my deep clean. I left feeling like I had a new, perfect set of teeth I couldn't be happier with the whole staff here, and felt totally prioritized and in great hands across the board!

The staff is helpful and friendly, too. What really stood out during my appointment today was how well Dr. Winter worked with his assistant, Robin. They were constantly thanking each other during the procedure. I love how well they work together. They make an excellent team that I can trust. He calls me at home the evening of the procedure to see how I am feeling. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stuart Winter for dental care.

He administered my shot, drilled out the previous filling and left his assistant to do all the work. He didn't even bother to come in and examine the work after she was done. Why am I paying for a dentist when an assistant is doing all the work? Furthermore, I have other teeth that will need to be worked on and he presumed he could start in on them without my permission. I had gone in for 2 teeth and he presumed he should replace the amalgam on a third. I agreed to it after he had shot up my mouth so much. Finally, I got cold during this 2 hour session and asked for a blanket. There were 2 available. One was wrapped in plastic the other tossed on a tray. He told the assistant to give me the one thrown on the tray. I had to ask if it was clean since it had just been laying open. He displayed the worst bed side manner. When I complained he told me I should go see the dentist down the hall because he would probably do fillings and actually told his receptionist to make me an appointment. It was a horrible experience!

It has gradually deteriorated and my last two visits are causing me to go to a different dentist in 2027. The hygienists are impersonal, not careful, causing pain and left stains on my teeth at my last cleaning. The only advice the dentist gave was to get Veneers at $1000 a tooth. I left the last two visits feeling uncared for.

This has happened multiple times and it honestly feels like they are just trying to keep my money. I have had to advocate for myself throughout this entire billing process. They attempted to charge me hidden fees that I later found out I did not even owe. They also refused to submit my bill to my health insurance, even after I explained that a portion of the cost could likely be covered under a specific code. Instead, I was left with a $500 out of pocket bill that could have potentially been reduced to around $50 if properly submitted. When I checked in, they collected both my dental and health insurance information but never actually billed my health insurance like they said they would. I was later told this is something they tell customers but do not follow through on. On top of that, they failed to charge me correctly upfront and then asked my significant other to pay a large portion of the bill while I was under anesthesia, which was completely inappropriate and due to their own mistake. There was also a lack of transparency from the beginning. I had to question a $400 charge just to understand what I was being asked to pay, while others were apparently informed right away, according to my significant other who was in the lobby. Communication has been extremely poor. I have been trying to get in touch with them since February with no success. No matter the day or time I call, no one is available to help, which is especially frustrating while working full time during their business hours. They recently told me they would follow up with me regarding the issue, and it has now been over a week with no response. Overall, the billing practices are unprofessional, disorganized, and not transparent. I would not recommend this place. On a positive note, the only good part of my experience was a dental assistant who mentioned she loves country music. She was very kind and genuinely helpful.
