Jamie, my hygneist, is much like a friend; we catch up every six months, show each other pictures and exchange info about our lives--she's the bomb! I never leave with sore teeth or gums. Then I see Dr. Malloy, who somewhat inspects Jamie's work, asks me a few questions and is on his way. He's never done any real work on my teeth, so I can't say much about his professionalism, but he too is very kind. In this case, we looked at an x-ray together and it was clear that I was in for some time in the chair for a root canal. Those words usually strike fear in many of us... he explained everything he was going to do and stopped to let me know what was happening every step along the way. The moment I walked in, I could sense that the people there were happy to be there, efficient, courteous, and just the general atmosphere was warm and inviting. My youngest son chipped a tooth over the weekend, and had an appointment today to fix it. He was nervous about the appointment, as any kid would be. I totally recommend this dental clinic! The doctors and staffs are very friendly and professional. I had a sensitive tooth in the back, they examined and fixed right away! Unfortunately other dentists I went to, just checked my teeth and asked me to come back to fix, so I was very pleased how this dentist treated my cavity right there. They called me to follow up to make sure I was doing ok. I was a bit nervous to go in because of COVID 19, but they are very clean and safe. After many years of having very sub par experiences with my previous dentist's offices, and being price-gouged and going through 4 different dentists (they all kept leaving and being replaced), I asked a co-worker if he knew of a good dental office. As a resident of Littleton, he knew about Old Town Dental, and had been a patient there for a long time. He told me about his years of superb experiences and treatment there, and said he recommended them highly for value, quality of service and friendliness. As a resident of Golden, at first I wasn't too excited about driving all the way to Littleton for dental services, but it was crystal clear that my co-worker (and friend) was being truthful, and that Old Town Dental and the staff there was a real gem and a rarity in the professional dental world. I needed to have the rest of my old amalgam fillings removed, and also needed to have a couple of small cavities filled. My first visit was literally the best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. The office is actually a beautiful house that has been transformed into an elegant and modern dental office. The treatment rooms have large windows looking out onto views of trees, mountains and generally soothing outdoor landscapes. The office staff is by far the friendliest, most pleasant group of medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. The absolute opposite of virtually every other dental or doctor's office staff I've ever dealt with in my life. They really are that wonderful. I have been working with Dr. Miller, and the man is not only a very highly skilled and superb dentist, he is also extremely pleasant to be around, and is comforting, open, honest and just all around the best dentist I've ever had. I've been going to Old Town Dental for over five years now. Dental visits have never been a huge priority for me because my teeth are generally very good. No one loves going to the dentist. But for something I don't always wanna do, Old Town Dental makes it the best. Dr Maloy has been great to me. A friend suggested them and I have been going here for the past couple years. I've had fillings done and the one time my bite wasn't exactly right, they got me in immediately to fix the issue. Recently I needed a crown done, the whole process took less than an hour, all done in house, walked out finished. Not only can they do everything you need in house, but the Dr's, hygienists and all the front staff are friendly and easy to deal with. This review is long overdue. I'm one of those people who has been fortunate enough not to have a cavity my whole life. I have one tooth that didn't grow in properly and is mottled. I saw one dentist who recommended $1,000 of work. I decided to try Old Town at the recommendation of a friend and Dr Malloy recommended against the work as strictly cosmetic and a bad idea since the bone and enamel was perfectly fine. I've had to move a couple times since I started with them in 2010, and when I've tried closer dentists, I can tell a difference from the hygienists at Old Town, who are across the board excellent and personable. However, Old Town Dental is the first dentist I have seen that were not judgmental or just rude. I only give it three stars because for some reason organization or maybe communication is lacking in the office. I love Dr. Mike as he has been able to do somethings that other dentists haven't. Unfortunately though the office/scheduling/communication hasn't followed through on items...the latest incident being that I had a tooth pulled for an implant in June. A month ago I was in for a cleaning and the dentist that examined my mouth said the area looked like it healed really well. Two weeks ago I had an appointment for X-rays and what I thought was the beginning of the implant process - they did take the X-rays but then I was informed the dentist was on vacation and would get back to me (why wasn't this rescheduled so that all could happen at once?). Today I called to see if the X-rays had been seen by the Dr. Mike and they said, "he didn't read them at your appointment?" Where I then informed them that he wasn't in at my appointment time. I called today and the person I spoke to said, "I don't know, he must have missed that one or wasn't told about you"...then I was informed he wasn't in the office but she would leave a sticky note for him...wonder if that will work read more

Dr. Miller took me as a new patient. He corrected another dentist's poor workmanship. The prior dentist left a broken dangling part of a tooth, which caused extreme pain. Dr. Miller pulled the broken part, put a temporary filling in and no pain. I highly recommend him. My family also goes to him. That's how I got the referral. read more

My dentist retired ans I was looking for personal dentists, not a nameless roundabout of practitioners. I found this place and held off going in until, whoops, one of my teeth broke. I really liked the advanced technology used to give the most information possible. I could see, via a small camera what they were seeing while looking in my mouth. I got several options to consider and no pressure on my decision, and criticism either. I have been back a second time for a teeth cleaning and it is so easy and comfortable to do! I really appreciate learning that sometimes I experience tooth aches because my sinuses sit right on my teeth and can cause the pain, and not my teeth in some sort of catastrophic jeopardy.
