It's been about 6 or 7 years since getting my two front teeth done. I waited years to be able to do it for my confidence and smile. My teeth needed to be bonded to create a more balanced look. My teeth were done a shade of yellow that never matched. I will give Dr. Corson credit as he clarified after the staff blamed me and that it was the whitest he said it was not and tried to fix it. I look back on my photos these last years and currently for some of the most important moments of my life so sad and embarrassed of my smile today. Of course now they say I need a different method because mine are old and I discolored them and time etc. I really have had great moments with the staff prior to this, and Dr. Corson is great. I wish he originally did my teeth. But for the money I would probably consider other places. read more

I needed a new dentist since my last stopped taking my insurance. They quoted me over the phone and then charged much more when I was there and couldn't explain why there was a discrepancy. I've had a lot of fillings in the past, and for the first time I had to have one fixed after visiting them. The dentist was clearly overworked because he left to let his assistant finish the job. Tooth was really sensitive so I had to come back in. Addressed it and the dentist was really unprofessional, actually yelled at me before he stormed out of the office. Younger guy that goes tanning, don't remember his name but yapped to his assistant the entire time. My previous dentist told me that what I was doing was working but now all of a sudden I need 4 fillings in the one part of my mouth I had them look at? Very strange indeed. They were ok the first year, then they started to try to upsell me and my crown has gaps. My gums were improving then all a sudden they went "bad". Miller said I needed to see surgeon and sent me home. Rochelle calculated my gums at 7''s. They sent me home without cleaning. Waist of my time. Went to two other dentists and both said no surgeon needed! Gums weren't that bad. Corson's inflated my gums reading. These people are petty. DO NOT use them for implants! They are only good for basic dentistry. Cleanings and really that is it. We have multiple issues with this dentist office. My husband went through pain for nothing and after $25,000 dollars of work it all has to come out. We should have know this would be an issue when the Dr. couldn't do what the initial consultation entailed and changed part of the implants to a snap in denture piece to try to make it work and didn't even go over that with my husband first to make sure that was okay. Good thing is they are not the only dental office in Denver. Once we moved to a experienced dental office, my husband was referred to a periodontist, a specialist in gums, and has now found out that he has a gum disease that should have been treated before putting any implants in his mouth. Crazy thing is Corson did multiple deep cleanings and said everything was good. Now, all that money spent at Corson is being pulled out and trashed and we have to pay again to have it done right. The other item is I had them put a crown for me on a back tooth that chipped. $300 dollars later, they made the crown way shorter than the tooth in front of it so it serves no purpose. I brought that up to them and let the Dr. know I was not happy with it and he said that is the way it was and there was nothing he could do. Last I knew the the tooth was in my mouth and I should have known how it was. I pretty much was told that was all they could do for me. Corson Dentistry makes many claims about communication, expertise, and honesty. In the case of Dr. Kyle Miller, he exceeds expectations. TLDR: Corson is top-notch. Kyle Miller is top-notch. Communication and honesty are top-notch. The prices are nominally higher (20-50 bucks depending on procedure) and worth it. I had concerns about a procedure and how it was affecting my mouth health afterward. He explained to me why these concerns are unfounded in a way where I understood unequivocally by the end. He has saved a tooth using an inlay during a procedure that I know from experience, many dentists would have taken the money and performed a root canal. He decided he did not like my wife's veneer/front bridge look/fit and decided to remake the whole thing from scratch at no charge, using a different company. Their tooth cleaning procedures use tools that are not available at any discount dentist and the prices are nominally higher. They offer a (complimentary?) hand dip to soften hands as a bonus along with many other creature comforts that are difficult to find at normal dentists, For me to have praise about a Dentist like this is pretty unusual. On my first trip to a dentist, as a child, I had NINE fillings with my BABY teeth. My parents were bamboozled into giving me an unnecessary root canal at 14 years old. As a result, my teeth are fairly mangled (from a dentist's perspective) and I have dealt with the repercussions til my mid-30s and probably for the rest of my life. read more

I absolutely hated the dentist and I've been plagued with issues because I could never find one that made me feel secure and at ease in the chair. But finally I got recommended Corson from one of my friends, I wanted to wait till after my second visit (a procedure that was quite intimidating and not a run of the mill cavity) before I gave my glowing review. Shout out to Joseph, Megan, and Vanessa. They were all super nice and comforting, complimented me through the whole hour, and came up with a plan to get me back on track and also took my own concerns and wants into account while planning my visits. The fact that I'll have had three visits in two months for myself is astonishing and it makes me actually want to keep going until I get everything done. Plus they have great up to date techniques and equipment. I know not everyone's experience will mirror my own but I am already feeling better after an intense surgery from yesterday. I've been going to Corson Dentistry for almost 3 years. I've left Yelp reviews. I've raved about them to anyone that would listen, and now I've found another outlet to let people how awesome they are. When I first moved here, I tried out a very young dentist with a swanky new office with all the gadgets and gizmos. And unfortunately, that dentist apparently needed to pay for those luxuries by way of misdiagnosing EVERYONE that walked into his office by saying they all had periodontitis and refused to clean their teeth until they agreed to pay almost $1,000 for "deep cleaning". Well, I've always been someone who has taken extremely good care of my teeth and I had never heard of this crap. So I went to an old school dentist that told me there was no way I had what Dr. YoungandStupid said I had. I loved the old school guy!... Until he died.... I found Corson on Yelp and I decided to try him out. I'll admit, walking in his spa-like looking office made me nervous that I would be made to pay for this super nice office just like the first dentist had tried to make me do. I was wrong. They staff was so nice. Dr. Corson assured me that I didn't have periodontitis and that he would never even consider that type of treatment for me. Both he and Dr. Miller are straight forward and they don't try to sell you on something you don't want or need. And they don't sit in there and waste your time. After years of painful dental procedures since I was a child, I have great anxiety when it comes to any type of dental work including cleanings. Crystal, my hygienist, put me at total ease and made the cleaning process pleasant. Dr. Abt performed an unexpected crown procedure same day and it was completely pain free and he was amazingly kind, patient, and understanding! Dr. Abt even called later in the evening to make sure I was doing ok. I've never had a dentist call after a procedure. I highly recommend and will be going back!!!! read more

Best dentistry in Denver. I've been going here for 3 years now. They are always so completely transparent about what the payment is going to look like before they do any work. I've been a patient of the Corson Dentistry for over 5 years now, and while it sounds unbelievable, each of my visits there is better than the previous one. Drs. Corson & Miller and their excellent staff are all professionals and are extraordinarily caring, effective and so very pleasant. During the coronavirus they have taken considerable precautions to make certain, staff & patients - are well protected. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years because my prior dentist (unbeknown to me) was careless, money-hungry and ineffective. You certainly won't find those traits at Corson's. They are very attentive to issues and concerns, come up with effective remedies, and as far as pricing, they are extremely fair. If you're seeking a reputable dentist, go no further than Corson. In the past I've hated going to the dentist. Bad experiences, lectures, inadequate pain control. Corson Dentistry is the first place to make me feel comfortable, treat my pain/anxiety well and recognize how hard I've been working to get on top of my dental health (genetically bad teeth + not great dental care through childhood/college = lots of fillings!) Every person I've encountered at this office is kind, helpful and efficient. I don't love getting dental work done but I no longer have a panic attack because I know they will do a great job. I had an appointment in November had a really great experience. If I had written this review sooner, I would have given it 5 stars. My issue with Corson Dentistry came two months later in the mail. I felt the need to share my experience so other people don't make the same mistake and get taken advantage of. I had a annual checkup, but need a chipped tooth fixed, so I made another appointment. Both times everyone was amazingly friendly, extremely clean facilities, and the wax hand thing was wonderful. I paid my 20% co-pay and walked out with a numb mouth. Two months later I received a bill for $130 (3 times what I had already paid for my co-pay). Very confused, I called and the receptionist who explained that insurance didn't cover everything they were expected to, so I was to cover the remaining balance. This, I learned, is false. If you go to a dentist that is "in-network" with your insurance company, they have agreed to accept __ amount for all services. I didn't owe them anything, they were just trying to scare me into paying their exorbitant fees. My insurance company called their office and straightened it all out. The "bill" I had received was dropped and they ended up sending me a reimbursement check. I didn't appreciate their business practices of scamming people to pay more than they needed to. If you do go, be smart so they can't take advantage of you. Clear up any bills that seem unusual or unexpected. read more

I hate to be a Debbie downer, but I was really disappointed. Background: I'm consulting with dentists in the area for a serious procedure. My regular dentist (Daniel Wherley) has been fantastic but is not able to do this work so I'm doing my homework before picking a new doctor. The good: Beautiful office and very pleasant staff; the location is very convenient right off I25 with plenty of parking. Dr. Corson seems like a knowledgeable doctor and was very helpful while discussing my needs and options. The bad: When setting up the appointment, I was advised this would be a free consultation. On 7/10 I received notice from my insurance that they were billed for the visit which not only costs me out of pocket, but also reduces the amount of available coverage I have left for the year. Additionally, Dr. Corson recommended the 3D imaging as part of the process and offered a 50% discount. Again, a misleading promise since the other 50% will be charged to insurance and not actually waived (per the procedure cost breakdown Dr. Corson's office sent me after the visit). I'm not expecting any hand-outs, I just cannot tolerate being misled by a person I'm entrusting my health to. read more

I know no one likes dentistry, but we all know it's important and necessary. Back story: I fell into some depression for many years and it caused me to not take care of my body, including my teeth. I'm back on the right track, eating better, exercising--but I was SO afraid to go to the dentist. Like Fat Shaming, Dental Shaming exists and that is what I dealt with the last time I went. From the front desk lady, to the hygienist, to the Dr. himself--Dental Shaming was all around! the guilt they lay on you made it sound like I did something horrible like kill an animal then ignore you when you say you're in pain. The best part of Corson and his crew was I experienced none of that. I told them about my past (because they get to know you as a person as well as a patient!) and he even said "You're here now, that's what's important." All their gadgets really are state of the art. I used to HATE getting X-Rays because the pads they put in your mouth were hard plastic and dug into my gums. Then the x-rays took so long, it was painful. Not here. They have the fanciest X-ray machines and it took no time at all. They took before photos so I could easily compare the after photos to see how far my oral health has really come. My first procedure was a "deep" cleaning, root and scaling where they clean up your teeth, under the gums, and smooth everything out. I was so anxious that they recommended Nitrous which I had never tried before. I am SO glad I did. If you have dental anxiety like me sedation dentistry is the way to go. I felt so calm, relaxed. My hygienist was so soothing, she let me know everything she was doing and said how well I was doing. Then I got to lay back and watch TV. She asked how I was doing and I said I couldn't feel anything but it was the noise that I really didn't like. So she offered me headphones! Truly state of the art and everyone there bends over backwards to make sure you're comfortable. She applied lip balm because my lips were getting dry as well. I did not do the paraffin waxing for your hands, but they always offer it. Not just Dr. Corson and his amazing crew of hygienists, but even the front desk ladies are just amazing. I had only been there once for the consultation and they refereed to me by name as soon as I walked in, the nickname I go by and not my legal name that is on the forms! That's always such a plus in my book that they take the time to note that I go by a different nickname than what's on my IDs. They always offer a complimentary drink, and the office is so well kept and clean--it's more like a salon! They walked me through everything, what my insurance would cover and even gave me the cost of the procedure up front at the first visit so there's no guessing games. They're so polite! If you have fears because it's been a long time, are in pain, or just need a new dentist since your current one is not cutting it--go to Dr. Corson. I've lived in Denver 10 years and I am so mad at myself for not finding him sooner! read more

The fact that I am even reviewing a dentist is huge...giving 5 stars is unbelievable for a person like me. You might relate, not really a person that likes or has had a good experience at the dentist? Yeah, that was me. Hated the Draconian method of teeth cleaning. C'mon really, after sending people into space and creating phones the size of credit cards, are we still using a sharp, pointy metal device to scrape the teeth and gums? After reading the excellent reviews of Corson Dentistry and not feeling super excited about revisiting my previous dentist (long story), I thought I'd give them a shot of changing my mind forever about the total dental experience. I really felt like I was at a day spa. Everything was high tech and state of the art. Just the fact that my hands were getting silky soft with a paraffin treatment, while I was watching HGTV AND getting my teeth cleaned was something I never believed was possible. I really have no recollection of my teeth actually being cleaned. i was too wrapped up in watching TV on the CEILING! Great show on first time home buyers BTW. Did you know the kind of house you can buy for 250k in Atlanta? Wow...well living in Atlanta...hmmmm, maybe not. End result, they were very aware that I am a wimp with getting my teeth and gums scraped so they applied a little numbing gel, performed the ultra sonic cleaning (with warmed water!) and checked on me every couple of minutes to make sure I was comfortable. Love this place. Dare I say I am looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned? Blasphemy!! If you are like me, you need to switch to Corson. They are wonderful through and through. read more

I was in the midst of having work performed by another dentist for a replacement crown and was in severe pain for 3 (yes, 3) weeks. I finally had enough sleepless nights and the inability to eat without being in agony and decided to find another dentist. I came across Corson Dentistry and requested a consultation for what was going on with my tooth and the pain, also for another tooth the other dentist felt I needed to have replaced. Corson Dentistry called me to find out the details of the consultation and found out I was in pain and invited me in an hour later to see if they could help me figure out what was happening with the tooth. Come to find out, the nerve was dying and was responsible for causing the terrible pain and an emergency root canal was performed which relieved my pain immediately.I appreciate their ability to get me in so quickly, to make a quick diagnosis, to get me out of pain and have everything done in very little time and expense. read more

Updated Review: I love this place! The staff is super nice and the place is really clean. It's the little things that make this place great. For example, the free coffee and drinks, the tv in each room, and the complimentary hand-spa-thingy. They also take my insurance and make billing nice and easy. I came back to this dentistry after trying my luck at several other places only to find them severely lacking especially in comparison to Corson Dentistry. The best dentist I have ever been to. I am one of those people that is prone to cavities and prone to gagging. Hence, dentist visits have often left me very anxious. This dentist is awesome. My whole family goes here. My nine-year-old was totally panicky about his cavities being filled (a bit of a drama king here), but they were super-patient with him to make sure he was not in pain and help him through the process. As far as financials, they seem very upfront about working with you to make sure you can get it to work the best they can. I think financially I deal with a lot more junk from my insurance. They'll work with you, in my experience, even if it is a $500 copay you've got to figure out. My husband and I both agree - best dentist office we have ever been to. read more

I found Dr. Corson via a Google search and his reviews were so great, I called because I had an urgent issue. Everyone at this office is genuinely kind and you can tell it is operated with respect for everyone. Dr. Corson took care of me every step of the way. I knew it was serious when I made the appointment based on a cracked tooth. I had to have a root canal and never had had one, but it was as painless as you can get. He is a very calming person overall and he just knows what he is doing. It is rare to find a dentist that can do all of these procedures in-house (for instance, making the crown) and take care of it in one appointment. I was moving out of state that week and they just made it smooth for me. Dr. Corson and his staff have continued to assist me in the transition, and to be honest, I choose to have him as my primary dentist whenever possible. Luckily, I have family still in Denver, and will happily schedule preventative and any other appointment needs when I am coming to town. He is just that good. Thank you for all you do! read more

Had my 2nd visit here recently; kinda dug around on Yelp and other places for a bit looking for my 1st dentist in a 3-4 yr span without any; the one I liked relocated most of the way to Parker which was an unworkable commute for me. Found this place and after comparing 3-4 other possibilities dove in here. I am grateful I chose Corson, because I am transfixed at how awesome the staff is here. I'm blessed with cavity-and-other-issues resistant teeth, so my standard visit is a standard cleaning -- my 1st visit 6 months ago involved a deep cleaning on 1 side which significantly healed up my gum on that tooth from a '6' depth to a '3'. Huge improvement!! Dr. Corson the 1 time I saw him was very professional and made me feel very at ease -- the staff is just amazing in their personal level of care and concern for not only your health but happiness as well. Chloe asked if the spacing in my front teeth bothered me and I was so *stunned* to be asked that; never had that asked of me before. Sure, it's a prelude to talking about their Invisalign availability, but it was still a great touch. [Yeah, it bugs me -- a lot of issues could be resolved with sufficient application of money.] Apparently my sarcastic-tinged humor appealed to her too because she kept laughing and telling me how funny I was. Sweet of her. Guys like to feel relevant and be someone's focus, so...nailed it both technically cleaning as well as personally. :) Bonuses: bizarrely, a paraffin wax hand treatment to soften your hands during your cleaning, and TVs set into the ceiling so you can laugh your ass off watching American Dad mid-afternoon. All they need now is high-end tequila shots in between your top and bottom layer cleaning and it'd be perfect. ;) [Probably not safe for driving afterwards, though...] Parking is a bit confusing if you're not paying attention, you may think you need to park in the nearby RTD-Yale Station parking spot, or near one of the other buildings; but there is underground parking in the very building Corson is housed in. You just need to pay attention. Never had an issue with insurance here on either version I've had, so that's well taken care of. Keep up the great work Corson staff! read more
